Great quality and good customer service In terms of their response time. The only reason i rated a 4 and not a 5 is the color of the gold is a bit to yellow causing the jewelry to look really fake. But other than that I like the style of the jewelry and the shipping time for me was reasonable given where it is coming from.

The time-frame to receive item base on website is not dependable as I receive my items 2/3 weeks later. This order was Christmas gift and I did not receive until early January and I email telling them I don't need the items and will return if/when receive, they want to charge me 50% of my order and I have to pay shipping to return items. I explained I don't need them because the person to receive had left for the holidays and will cost me too much to get to them, they did not understand or care and refuse to fully refund, and they admit an error in the processing to cause delay. The items seem to be ok hence the one star but I will not order from this company again

First time buying from Silviax and I can’t believe it. The only part that’s challenging about this company is what to buy I mean like their jewelry is pretty!! Now It is pricey ..but so worth it because of the quality!! Way better than custom jewelry from Amazon! Anyways i ordered 2 necklaces (1 initial/ 1 acrylic custom) and 2 rings (1 gold nugget heart/ 1 initial) plus I got a free mini gift plus points/coupons for my first purchase! Although Next time I know pay for fast shipping was so impatient because it took about 4-5 weeks! But once my jewelry came in?! Omg I’m so in love my rings they fit perfect! Im obsessed with my golden heart nugget ring because it has my name inside the ring I thought that was so unique man I wish I could take full pictures! My necklaces are so cute it has a little weight but hey it’s double pendant. And my free gift was a mini jewelry box to store my rings inside!! I will be getting more of my jewelry from them and from now on! <3
