Simply CBD Avis 

Started using CBD Liquid Gold in June last year. After researching various companies I decided Simply CBD was the one for me from recommendations and their involvement in an holistic charitable sanctuary for dogs.

Their service is fast and receipt of product has never been more than two days from ordering.

Ordered at 2pm one day & recieved by 10am the next in the U.K.

I placed an order on 28.10.18. and made a donation at the same time. Courier tried to deliver 01.11.18 but we were out. Sent an email back giving times we would be home. 06.11.18 still heard nothing, emailed Brian explaining everything. 20.11.18 Brian replied wanting to know what the problem was. I replied the same day referring him to the previous email. 26.11.18 He replied asking what was the problem? 11.12.18 I asked for the product or a refund and to date have heard nothing. So I am out of pocket and have wasted a lot of time. Needless to say I won't be placing another order nor recommending this company.

Was delivered within 24 hrs very impressed.

The worst customer service ever, actually its non existent. There are better companies out there that care to reply to their customers inquiries.
I did order a bottle from them a year ago thou and it came quickly and well packaged. But wont order from them again. They also only publish positive product reviews (dont publish any negative reviews) on their website and that speaks volume.
Owner Brian would be better off hiring people for customer service.

Never got the order, email saying that has been delivered, after couple of emails and unsuccesful phone calls the only thing we got from them was a “im investigating, Brian” not even a email with any clue or proof of delivery, we paid for a sign for delivery, not a safe place drop.
We still waiting almost 2 weeks later.
Very unprofessional, in my opinion i got robbed 30£, im going back to CBD-BROTHERS.

Just received first order. Fast delivery and well packaged. Order placed following satisfied friends' orders.

Have ordered five times each time delivery was very prompt. My two elderly dogs are on liquid gold. I started on the green now on the red and sunset wonderful products and company (helps a dog rescue too). If you also give a donation they write a personal thank you and put a small paw print on invoice (which I think is lovely😀). Have recommended to family and friends x

I received my CBD oil and between 5 and 10% had leaked. This is the response I received "Sorry to hear this. Sometimes this happens in transit as if the bottle warms up the oil expands and a bit leaks out of the seal. Its perfectly fine to use. I do apologise"

No offer of compensation. I had spent £75!

Up to jnow I had been buying CBD oil on eBay - without any issues. No seller would have even tried to get away with that explanation on eBay without an offer of compensation. Of course in this situation I have absolutely no means of obtaining at least a small refund.

Unfortunately there is nothing lower than 1 star I can leave as I can get no response from this company despite them taking my payment.
My dog has been suffering from both Dementia and Vestibular disease and we thought CBD oil might help, we ordered just the small bottle for a test on 25th Nov (only £10 inc postage but its the principal) money was taken from bank on 27th...nothing has arrived despite sending 2 mails to 'brian' and have had no reply to either.
Our dog had to be put to sleep yesterday and we hoped we might help his symptoms in his final weeks ...Leave well alone

I found Simplycbd about 2 years ago after trying Jacob Hooey 2.75% from Holland & Barrett...worked ok but increased too quickly & became quite anxious, Improve Me, Love CBD & KamaHemp!!! I’ve been using their oils ever since for fibromyalgia, anxiety since childhood, panic attacks/agoraphobia which cost me my job!!! I spent years taking painkillers, using wheat cushions etc & don’t need them now! The oils are great quality at realistic prices!! Their Entourage oil has been life changing for me & I recommend them to everybody I meet that has health problems!!!!

Just had my 2nd order arrive & it's only 36hrs since I placed my order! So far I've been impressed, fast service, seems to be competitively priced according to my own research & I've received a small freebie product each time too.
I've already recommended this company to friends and family.

In a nutshell I've placed 3 orders with this company since March 2018, the first order to my UK address arrived swiftly and the product and service were both good, and I was happy to recommend them to friends and family. The second order arrived to my Spanish address again it arrived promptly and product and service were good and I was still happy to recommend them. However my third order has been a nightmare. The order was placed at the beginning of July but after 2-3 weeks it hadn't arrived apparently it had been shipped as requested to our Spanish address by courier (same as previous order) but it didn't arrive, after enquiring with Brian at Simply cbd I was told that the laws/legislation on CBD had changed, and Spanish customs were rejecting the orders. So knowing this, the company allegedly sent a replacement order by Royal Mail but it didn't arrive either, well it wouldn't if Customs were now rejecting all CBD orders! Communication from the company then started to dry up and despite finally agreeing to a refund mid September (I'd paid £66 plus £9 shipping) the refund never arrived either. On the 11th October my patience finally ran out and left with no option by this company I contacted my bank and filed a fraud report and requested proceedings be started to recover the money paid. My bank investigated but unfortunately the bank found that Brian's / Simply CBD's bank account was empty, so I've lost £75 and still need to source an honest and reliable supplier with a decent product. Sorry but I can no longer recommend this company.

I used this and found it has worked for me I'm not taking 28 pain killers a week which is fab new for me and finding sleep abit better. Will be ordering again.

Great service product is cheap for a reason it's.cheap cbd not as good.medically but better than Holland and barrett ten percent is 25pound and I hardly.felt.much different than the 8percent. The hemp balm.does.work on your.legs and muscles.though.and they are very helpful but if you.need cbd strong cbd I'd spend an extra fifteen pound.at other stores.for.less percent but better quality cbd. The deliveries.are.extremely.fast and.you.do.get.free.samples

Placed my order at 4pm and received the next morning by courier. Amazing service. Best priced CBD on the market and seems to be of great quality. Hopefully this will work for my ailments!

Very good, cbd is high quality and their Simply green oil is high in Cbda which is exactly what I need. Well priced with quick delivery and I was sent a sample of hemp balm too, can't fault the service.
