Having advertised my villa with two other companies for several years, I turned to Simply Owners when they started up a few years ago, and it was the best decision I could have made. There is always a friendly person at the end of the telephone line if I need help, and their website is easy to use for both guests and owners. The owner pays a one off annual fee, but the guests don't pay anything to book. They keep me informed of what's happening on the villa letting scene, and let me know if any of my information or photos need updating.

Wonderful place to stay
Really lovely villa which is both extremely well equipped and maintained. Daniel is a superb host who looks after his clients incredibly well. The villa is in a great location within easy walking distance of Alvor and all that it has to offer.

The house is magnificent
The house is magnificent , big and a very luxurious feel to it ! Lovely big bedrooms, nicely decorated.
Owners are very nice and ensure you have a lovely experience in their holiday house.
Love to go back there !

Would definitely recommend Simply Owners
Hadn’t used Simply Owners before but would definitely recommend, the apartment we booked through them was excellent , good value and no extra booking fees.
I had to contact them re our booking and they responded immediately. Great customer service.

All went smoothly
All went smoothly. Instructions were acurate. Place was clean abd tidy. Response to any correspondance was quick. Some damage on arrival was noted.

2 week holiday to Fuerteventura in March '26
Communication and booking was easy and efficient. The property we stayed at was everything we hoped for and more. The owner and local representative were very quick and helpful with our inquiries. This was our first time booking through Simply Owners, we will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Does what it says on the tin
The website description proved to be accurate and conveyed perfectly our experience staying in the apartment. Corresponding directly with the owner has worked very well for us so we'll continue to use this site for future holiday property searches.

Great operation
Nice to have an alternative to the big companies with lots of different brands all offering the same properties.
Found the perfect property for us at the Old Cottage near Ludlow. The security of the payment protection certificate and advice report payment was excellent for peace of mind booking direct.

We had a wonderful holiday in Gorges
We had a wonderful holiday in Gorges, Normandy at the Normandie Nest booked through Simply Owners. Communication with the owner was great from booking through to arrival and during our stay. It was lovely to stay in a well-loved home from home which had everything we needed and lots of information about the local area and recommendations of things to do. I would recommend booking through Simply Owners. I found the experience much more personal than many other sites and the prices were competitive too.

Great family stay
The location cannot be faulted. The views from the bay window in the lounge are incredible. Parking provided for a property in this location is such a bonus. We stayed as a family of 3 generations and facilities offered something for all of us. We will be back

We have a system of a one click feedback, (thumbs up or thumbs down) for searchers to rate an owners responsiveness. I cannot see on our systems that you have used this. This system enables us to contact the owner to chase things up but usually results in the owners response was sent and subsequently found in the holidaymakers spam folder, filtered out by their email host. We use this sytem to rank owners exposure on our site to encourage responsiveness. It would be helpful if you could let us know the property you were enquiring about so that we can take this up further. Thank you again for your feedeback, best wishes tim
Lovely apartment overlooking the Quay in a beautiful North Norfolk resort with spectacular views

We have in the past used Simply Owners to hire properties in France and have found them all to be as described and reasonably priced. So when I saw Quayside Court apartment to let, I felt it would be ideal - parking space, lift and specatular views - we weren't disappointed and this is our second visit
