Paul replaced our vanity unit in the bathroom with a new pedestal sink. He also replaced the tap in the kitchen which had a leak. He also spotted that the stopcock was stuck and replaced that as well.
He came as scheduled, brought all the items that needed replacing. He worked very efficiently and quick.
He made good the tile work in the bathroom and boxed in the pipes. All in all he was excellent. The work was finished to a very high standard, I would not hesitate to use him again.

I would not recommend Paul. He made a big issue out of a small job. He never returned my calls or text messages. Most negative person I’ve ever met in my life. I would stay away.

ZERO customer service. I contacted Paul on March 27th regarding a leaking toilet, he booked me in for March 31st but he was a NO SHOW and there was no communication from him. I contacted him again on April 1st and he booked me in for April 3rd. YET AGAIN, NO SHOW and I haven't heard anything from him since. I went elsewhere and by April 6th my toilet was fixed at a reasonable price with wonderful service!!!

Had Paul in from simply plumbing & gas. Had a leak from our combi boiler (December 2025), and Paul came and he gave great advice and never pushed us either way, so we thought it over and decided to go with a new boiler, after having the old one for over 10 years! He was very professional, friendly and understanding. He turned up on time and took about a day to get us back up and running. I have dealt with plumbers in the past as we all have, but he was one of the best and we will be using him again. Very happy to be warm again great work! Highly recommended this guy.

Paul has visited and fixed several issues at my home over the last couple of years. Often with little notice as theres been a leak. He is always helpful, friendly and efficient. And you can trust him to come round when he says and get the job done.
Would thoroughly recommend, an honest and reliable tradesman :)

We had a serious water look from an upstairs toilet requiring us to shut off the water supply. I am a cancer patient and had the grandchildren staying with us. Getting it fixed quickly was critical. Our regular plumber could not make same day so recommended a friend, Paul from Simply Plumbing and Gas Services Newport Pagnell. he responded same day and fixing it same day fitting it around a heavy workload. Polite, professional and I would recommend him to anyone in the Milton Keynes area.
