Simply Waste Solutions Avis 

I had to make a last minute change to the waste collection requirements, and so I called up Simply Waste Solutions and spoke to Becky Hawkins. She then immediately contacted the waste collection driver, who was on site at the time, to advise him of the change. This resulted in the new waste collection requirements being successfully carried out. Very impressed with Becky's efforts to get this sorted, and also with the driver, for being so flexible with the change.

I have been dealing with Simply Waste for a while now, my main contact Dale Jenkins has been great to deal with. very happy and looking forward to doing more business with them.

Our account manager Ellie Farmer is fantastic - 5 stars, she responds promptly and resolves any issues efficiently.

I think the office staff let Simply Waste down. Generally speaking they try to pacify and delay ("I'll look in to that") as opposed to resolving any issues which in turn creates bigger more frustrating issues and the cycle continues as there's no action and very rarely a call back with an update. The exception to this is Alfie, who is very good.

Generally speaking the day to day works very well but when there's an issue it's suddenly very time critical hence the importance of responding appropriately. If it's dealt with efficiently then it's a 5 star review the issue is when a simple mistake or problem drags on unnecessarily.

What a great chap Ron is! We forgot to pop our glass bin out as it was such a hectic morning, and bless him he popped in to collect it. In this day and age that is proper customer service. Thank you Ron, and we'll do our best to remember next week!
