Simplywigs Avis 85

Simplywigs I believe is a scam company and probably has links to wigsjoy.co.uk and wigspark. Vatin company limited seems to be the head body. Pity I didn’t know this up front. Terrible experience with wigsjoy.co.uk, wig not even remotely like the one ordered and I was told to return it to China at my own cost. I thought I was dealing with a company in the uk. No mention of China on their website. Lesson learned…avoid at all costs. And research more before buying. Vulnerable people at risk, how dare they!

First time ordering from Simplywigs.

I actually don't own a wig. However, their heat protection spray for human hair is rated highly on the Yuk app for not being toxic and I'm thrilled with the purchase.

The items arrived super quickly and were packaged great! I appreciated the attention to detail of adding a Ferrero Rocher into my order and the items were wrapped in purple tissue paper as well. It's the little things! 😊

Ordered my beautiful wig Ellen wille Drive mono part in light Bernstein rooted after speaking to a lovely young lady that assured me my wig would be delivered in time for my forthcoming holiday so I ordered on the Wednesday morning and wow she was correct it actually arrived the following day. Excellent service I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again. Many thanks

Disappointed as I had to pay £15.00 to return my wigs. This is a lot of money 😭. First time buyer/user.

I emailed with a query and received an almost instant phone call. I spoke with Amy who was extremely helpful and also very kind.
This kind of customer service is what’s missing with so many companies these days. It shouldn’t be surprising but it is.

Had my first visit at Simply Wigs recently. They were fantastic. Was greeted by Sue who was just so patient and caring. She was very knowledgeable and I left with a wig I was really happy with as very similar to my own hair. Thank you Sue for making the whole experience enjoyable.

Ordered the Ava bob in a colour that was almost identical to my own hair colour and style.Nobody available as they don’t work weekends.Received a email just now saying it’s out of stock and is a approx over 2 weeks wait as Royal Mail deliver dubious that it will be even here for Christmas.Nowhere on this site does it say it’s not in stock or a exceptionally long wait after they have took over £180. Ordered this after suffering extreme frontal hair loss and a stroke this has devastated me when I’m not allowed to get stressed due to bigger stroke risk.There is zero wigs similar now have to wait over a week for refund so unable to buy anywhere else now.Absolutely livid unsympathetic staff unhelpful cut me off on the phone too.ruined my day as though I’d have a wig in a few days now u have to wait weeks my life is now ruined as starting with agoraphobia.Do not shop here🥲

Excellent returns policy if the Wig doesn't quite suit you. Very fast turnover. High quality wigs. Excellent website which really gives the consumer the best online experience possible. Most important is the friendly voice ( human) to chat to for advice 😆 All in all a fantastic family owned British Company! Well Done Simply Wigs!!

I spoke to them by phone and went on to purchase from them. They are an excellent company to deal with and I can’t fault the service I got from them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a wig.

Everything about them is brilliant. They give you information all the way through and wrap the item beautifully we even got a free chocolate very impressed indeed

I have ordered from them before and found them a good company. But the latest time was different - I can say that the customer service is truly outstanding!
I returned a topper and queried whether or not it was faulty.
The customer service lady immediately ordered a replacement so that she could compare them and replace it if necessary - all the while keeping me informed by email.
She then telephoned me to assure me that they were identical and it was, in fact, just the layering!! I felt like such a twit!!
She was so understanding, and then returned the item as requested - and wouldn't even let me pay the extra postage. Truly excellent customer service.

I chose a JON RENAU real hair wig...when I first layed eyes on it I was beyond disappointed BUT I knew (because I'd done my homework before purchasing it) that underneath ALL that silicone was the real deal...real hair which is what I was wanting!! I gently washed the wig with baby shampoo (it's what I wash my own hair in as it's just pure without any crap in it) & got rid of ALL the silicone & whatever else they put in it; & what I was left with was beautiful hair with a natural wave in it!!☺️ it was a bit dry so I put a TINY (& I mean TINY) bit of my essential oil mixture (walnut..eucalyptus...peppermint mixed with a carrier oil of course) & that got rid of that problem (again it's a natural solution!) I don't use any heat to style it..just curlers overnight. So I'm very happy with my real hair wig...but as I say, NOT when I first saw it (I tryed it on as it was & it was soo slippery & wigish!!) NOT really sure what all the silicone is all about as the wig doesn't look natural at all!!

I am soooo happy with my perfect hairline topper.It looks so natural. The quality is great. I can't believe that at last my thinning hairline is well and truly invisible. Thank you xx

I just have to share the amazing customer service I've received from Laura at Simply Wigs! My first wig choice, the Raquel Welch Editors Pick Elite in Pale Golden Honey, was actually bought on the recommendation of Becky @ wigitup uk With my own curly, damaged, frizzy hair, I thought I'd need a large size, but it turned out to be too big.
The return process was hassle-free, and I easily reordered the same wig in an average size. The specific colour I wanted wasn't in stock, but Laura recommended an alternative – and I love that colour even more!
After sharing my story and image of me in the wig, I also received a generous 40% discount (Simply Wigs has all sorts of ways to get discounts!). Now, I'm already on the hunt for wig number two, or even three! As a newbie in the wig world, it's quite daunting because you never truly know if a wig will suit you until it arrives. I've definitely made some ordering mistakes along the way, but Laura has been there every step of the way, advising and helping with what seems like endless patience. I'm steadily learning from watching wig review reels, like those from @ wigitup uk
I've seen some complaints on Trustpilot regarding delivery, but honestly, I was happy to wait a couple of weeks knowing the wig was ordered from the States. To be honest, the wait is absolutely worth it when Laura's customer service is this good. So, bravo to Simply Wigs and especially to Laura!

Wigs are good, however, the idea of someone ordering a wig means they need it. The fact that they never have any stock and have to order every wig in from Germany on certain days to then come to the UK, means processing and delivery times are soooo slow. So if you can use another company I would

A great first experience with this company. Prompt delivery and excellent customer service when I had to return the product. The wig arrived nicely packaged and included a cute little box with a sweet inside which was a nice touch.
I definitely feel confident to use them again and to recommend them.

We have been using the same company for over a year online to buy wigs, but increasingly found the lack of customer service becoming too much. Especially if something was wrong with my order and items didn't arrive in shipment or hadn't been sent, there wouldn't be any communication, until we contacted the company. The communication received back which could take several days comes across as irritated and dare I say slightly hostile from customer service, making us feel like we shouldn't be complaining, so we knew it was time to try somewhere else.

Simply Wigs name has come up frequently on my wig forums, so wanted to have a look and see what they are about. I sent an email as had some questions and was responded to so quickly by customer service and they extremely helpful. Answered all my enquires quickly and efficiently and also let me know what styles I had enquired about and colours were in stock or would need to be ordered in with the time frames too etc. I knew I felt comfortable enough to place my first order and I am very glad I did. Shipped so quickly, packaged well and arrived very quickly too. Had a little box included inside also, which contained a little chocolate, which was a lovely touch. Husband ate the chocolate and I had my wigs. Recommended and will buy from them again.

After a disastrous experience with another company I needed a wig really quickly. I emailed Simply Wigs and got a phone call the following morning at 9.00am. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my queries, especially as this was going to be my first wig. I received my wig the following day and was really pleased with the quality and sizing. The packaging was lovely and there was even a Ferraro Roche chocolate in a little box!
I have since bought 3 more wigs in different colours and I love them all. Thank you Simply Wigs for such a positive experience and excellent customer care.
