The process was facilitated by David the salesman who is one of the best I've encountered through 30 years of car buying. Fair, honest and alway explained the benefits of options. Overview of experience.
The staff when entering the showroom were courteous and helped in directing me to the correct person (sales). We were offered refreshments during our time at the showroom which were offloaded a good standard.
The knowledge of the sales person was very good regarding both the cars and services on offer (finance, PX valuation etc) during the purchasing process.
On collecting the new car the above applied regarding entering the showroom and the experience of the car handover was seamless.

Tina, a customer support adviser, called me back with a few hours and answered my question and then sent me an email laying everything out for me. Prompt and effecient service and I will now set up the service plan and the warranty

Excellent service and knowledge by salesman David, he was very patient as I was unable to make my mind up initially.
I had all the options, designs and models explained to me and this helped me make my final decision. He was extremely supportive and most helpful.
From the time I walked into the showroom the greeting was amazing staff were welcoming and friendly.

Excellent buying experience
After doing online chat one evening after I had seen a car I was interested in, the next morning David rang me and he was very helpful.
He sent me a video of the car, which was great. He came back with some figures for my part exchange that I was happy with.
As I'm in Leeds Yorkshire and not local, I was concerned about how I would get the car, but David said it could be delivered without any problems.
The car was delivered by Clive the driver, who was a lovely person and very helpful.
All in all everything went to plan and I would recommend David and his team highly.
