Everything was just smooth! Dropped my car off for a gearbox service in the morning and they were done by around 2pm, considering they'd to wait for it to cool down and all. Price was quite reasonable as well.

We went to Sinclair Group in Neyland as their range of vehicles suited us. We looked at a Mercedes Benz B class and thought we would discuss it with Niall the salesman. We were taken by his easy going manner and friendly attitude. He didn't pressure us at any time which we really appreciated, giving us space and time to consider our choices. We had a choice and we discussed our requirements with him as he showed a considerable knowledge of the products available. When we decided on the car we wanted he was fair with us in his treatment of the negotiation and nothing was forced or demanded. It was a pleasure to deal with a salesman who was accomplished and relaxed and who knew his product.

My car broke down & was recovered to Neyland. Work was completed efficiently. I had an issue using Co Pilot to effect payment and there was a noticeable delay in arranging repatriation of my car after payment had been made.

Recent bodyshop experience was poor, customer not kept updated and chase calls not returned. Specifically asked the car was not booked in until they were ready to start the repair, not touched for over a week and then only with insurance company intervention. Total time car off the road two weeks when other bodyshops quoted three days. It's no wonder insurance premiums are so expensive supplying unnessasary hire vehicles for extended periods. Simple professional customer service costs little but counts for so much. Repair okay service lacking

Nice staff and very helpful. Unfortunately they couldn't find the fault my car was suffering from. I took it to our local garage and after a few days and checking online for others with the same issue, they sorted it and very happy with the result.
