Travelling all the way from Scotland, I appreciated how promptly Harry responded to my queries and kept me informed throughout the process. On the day of collection, everything was seamless - the paperwork was ready, and the car was in immaculate condition. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Excellent Dealership - Highly Recommend!

I bought a BMW 4 series convertible a year ago (March 2024) after mine was written off, so this was a replacement of my previous car, exactly same model & spec.

It was a long distance sale & i was extremely wary having not done this before.

All i can say is from start to finish everything was on point & the staff at Sinclair Skoda have been brilliant throughout.

The Car
Arrived as pictured, no nasty surprises. Delivery on time, car & air-con service all done, wheels done, drain holes already made bigger to prevent water-logging done(this is something that not BMW do as my previous car was from an approved BMW dealer & even though there aware of the fault in there technical bulletin they don't recall them, caused me all kinds of issues which they weren't very helpful in).

Anyway back to Sinclair, it came with a year's warranty, which has been honoured as promised. 2 faults that couldn't be for seen over the course of the year, the last one day's before the warranty run out. I live a distance away so it was booked into my local BMW dealership as advised by Sinclair, all costs were covered by Sinclair's warranty. These would have been costly so I'm extremely happy & the car's running perfectly.

I rarely write reviews & wanted to wait incase anything wasn't as promised, but can honestly say i needn't have feared. This kind of service is a rarity nowadays and so I'd like to say a massive thankyou to Terri, Simeon, Jason, Chris & all the team at Sinclair Skoda, Gorseinon Rd, that have supported me from start to finish. Other car dealers should take a leaf out of there book when it comes to customer satisfaction.

My dad recently purchased a BMW Convertible from this dealership (Seat Gorseinon). My advice would be to steer well clear of them. After going in for a repair the car came back not fixed after 4 days, the white leather seat was covered in grease where the mechanic had not put any cover on it. They are an absolute joke of a dealership and there's no responsibility or ownership for any faults or issues and nobody to talk to! I have told my dad to reject the vehicle and he's currently taking legal advice.
