The Sales Exec I dealt with was Liam Smith, and I would fully recommend VW Sinclair Swansea for their friendly, informative and professional service.

We were greeted on our arrival by two very pleasant and friendly ladies.
Ryan went above and beyond to find the car we were looking for, very helpful and there was no pressure put on us by him. We will be advising our family member to go along to you when he changes his car, definitely deal with Ryan or Liam ( Liam was also very obliging)

Poor service and an arrogant culture…
Pointless writing much as Sinclairs will not take comments on board - they know best and don't want to hear what a customer say from my experiences of this Audi garage. Expected a premium service for the price of services and product but fell way short. If you want to be treated as a valued customer try Blackmores Garage in Sketty Swansea - diagnosed the fault for £70 in an hour (Audi £156 per hour and wanted car for a week).
