Great experience
It is totally down to the person who handled the sale. Mr Mark Sutcliffe, he respected how I said I wanted to be contacted and remained totally helpful throughout the process. His handover of the vehicle was thorough taking as much time as I needed to show me the controls and how to adjust them. The day after I took possession he rung me to check everything was ok, and to offer further assistance if needed with any of the controls.

Excellant Service
Having recently moved to the area, I needed a new "home" for my Defender servicing and maintenance. Sinclairs — and especially Naughton and the service team — have been excellent from the very first contact and throughout my ongoing experience.
I had a minor warranty issue that happened to coincide with the recent JLR shutdown, but the team kept me fully updated and informed throughout. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
I must say, the whole experience has been far better than with my previous dealerships in Surrey and Sussex. Thank you!

Amazing dealership
Sinclairs are absolutely brilliant.

Defender purchase
I recently purchased a Defender and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Harry was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly answering all of my questions and even helped me get a great trade-in value for my old car.
The car itself is everything I hoped for and It was in perfect condition, and I appreciated the thorough walkthrough of its features before I left.

Now a 5 Star
Following our 1 star review we were contacted by the Sales Manager and asked to discuss in detail the issues that we had experienced following delivery of our Range Rover Velar.
He thoroughly understood our concerns and ensured that he would investigate the pre deliver inspection report and ensure that more in depth checks were made on wheel condition and tyre pressures.
As a gesture of goodwill he offered to pay for the repairing and re painting of all wheels which gave us the satisfaction that they were now safe to drive with.
We are now very happy customers and based on this follow up we would without doubt give the dealership a 5 star review.
