We were highly satisfied with our experience when going through the process of buying our new car at Skoda Swansea. We were met by a highly professional and very knowledgeable member of staff Martin Brown who gave us all the information we were looking for and did not feel pressurised at all throughout the whole process from start to finish. All other staff members we came into contact at Skoda Swansea were extremely professional and welcoming also. Extremely happy with our experience and our new car.

Very nice Lady ,who's name i didn't catch at reception, provided me with a nice cup of coffee and a cake, while waiting for Joe to handover vehicle i purchased . Very satisfied with vehicle so far, ticks all the boxes i was looking for ,Joe was very helpful with handover and a nice person do deal with all through the purchase of vehicle, would recommend Skoda Swansea to family and friends.

Excellent, as per usual.
As per usual, Mr Martin Brown performed first class service in completing an excellent handover, of my nearly new Skoda Enyaq. He completed a GAP and AutoProtect policies, and cancelled the current policies on my 'old' Superb. Once again, 4th, I am a very 'happy chappy'.
ps. I've installed an 'exclusion zone' app on my phone if i am within a 3 mile radius of Sinclair's, Gorseinon. 😆

Overall experience was good however
Overall experience was good. However, was encouraged to purchase GAP insurance, but the price was not made fully clear. Was told it a no brainer only an additional £48. At no point was I made aware that the actual price was £298, and I wouldn’t be getting a refund of the deposit I had paid.
