We purchased my son’s first car from here and the service was excellent, Charlie that dealt with us was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Brilliant!
The Sinclair VW garage at Neyland is near a busy round about and if I drove there and left my car for the day there is nothing to do and no way I could get home on public transport. For a small charge someone from the garage will leave their car at my house and drive my car to the garage for MOT and service. They bring my car back at the end of the day all washed and clean.....a really brilliant service!
It passed the MOT and they repaired a puncture too, so job done. Thank you Sinclairs

I prefer dealing with people rather than on- line interactions.
The staff at the garage are pleasant and competent; everything was fine and on time.
However, I find your services over-priced… £45 for a can of tyre puncture sealant is ridiculous - it’s available in local stores for under £10. Almost £500 for a service. Puts me off dealing with Sinclair.

Great service once again
Had a warning light appear on the dash. Went to service department and car was booked in for the following day. Fault identified and rectified same day.

Welcoming staff
Welcoming, smiley staff - even when I arrived 10 minutes before they officially opened for business.
Replacement car sorted almost straight away, contact towards the end of the day for car to be returned (but could have been following day if I'd preferred). Carried out my instructions to the T, so avoided unnecessary work on emergency help facility. Altogether a very satisfactory experience. Could be why I've been buying & servicing cars with this organisation for my last four cars
