What a fantastic service I got, I bought trousers which ended up to big, I sent them back and I honestly had my exchange back in 2 days, the trousers are excellent quality, and very hard wearing, I honestly haven't found such a great company to deal with in like forever, I will be back and this time I'll bring my friends, thank you your a breathe of fresh air.

Small issue with my order resolved straight away great service

I ordered 2 pairs of work trousers for my partner. They arrived the next day but unfortunately didn’t fit. I contacted site king and asked if I could exchange. They said of course and sent a free return postage label. A few days after (again, sent next day delivery), the replacements arrived and they’re perfect! My partner is very happy with them!

Received the package in good time but as this is my third attempt to buy a pair of trousers that fit, I was left disappointed again even though I went 2 full sizes bigger than I am. The fit is horrendous and the tightness in all the wrong places means I can’t even sit in them. Awful trousers

When my parcel from Site King Safety Workwear failed to arrive I headed for the tracking info. A required photograph taken by the Royal Mail delivery driver showed a hand holding a parcel.......not my hand or even proof of delivery. Next step was to inform Site King of a non-delivery and 2 days later Site King sent a much needed replacement, so FULL MARKS !!!!

The fault lay with Royal Mail and perhaps they left the parcel at the wrong address

Going off our expensive. Customer service’s aim ‘’Wasn’t ‘’ to swiftly resolve the problem. Which resulted In the problem being prolonged.

I've been using siteking for work clothes for a few years now. I always received top quality work clothes for a fraction of the price of the many sites that sell over priced branded products that fall apart once they look at dirt and dust..
This morning I emailed to change an order which I made on the weekend, to change the size, I had a promt email to say that it wouldn't be a problem.
You don't get that often...

I brought a pair of patrol boots, understandably they were not expensive as I have not had patrol boots for a very long time so I wanted to make sure the fit was ok etc. any way I have had them just over 4 months and I’m unable to wear them as the soles are worn and cracked! Even primark shoes last longer than 4 months with every day wear and I don’t wear the patrol boots any where near every day. Then when you try and speak to someone all you get it too bad out side the 90 day refund. Even though the product is defective? Ok then!

I bought two pairs of steel toecap boots. Fantastic quality and an incredible bargain. Site King orders arrive lightning fast and dealing with their after sales is very smooth and easy.
