Excellent customer service, responded almost immediately to my queries. Bought a pair of ladies work trousers which are cut a tad on the small side but are good quality for a good price.

Received excellent customer service when I made a mistake with my order. Prompt, helpful and above and beyond what they needed to do. Can definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I placed my order and the goods arrived very quickly, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size so I returned and again was amazed at the speed that the replacement goods arrived, also I received emails to keep me informed of deliveries, very impressed with the service and very pleased with the quality of the item.

I ordered a pair of work trousers which arrived promptly but were mislabelled on the packaging...no way the person packing the item could have known. When I phoned up to get a new pair the service was professional and efficient... I provided a photo of the labels and received a reply that day that I would get a new pair, which I did a few days later, No fuss, no argument just professional customer service. An excellent company, very happy to use them again.

Lovely people to deal with

Ordered some combat trousers size 12, could not even get them over my legs. 10 sizes too small, then to have to pay to return the parcel.
These are surely chinese sizes.
e mailed them but they did not even respond poor customer service.
never use again

I had a problem with some incorrectly sized trousers, Site King's customer service was excellent and the replacements were dispatched on the next working day.

Soon as I logged on a ‘chat’ function offered to help and answer questions. I wished to know where the items were dispatched from and delivery time. I had that information before I even ordered my paltry purchase worth less than £10. Received in the Outer Hebrides within 48 hours. I felt I’d been treated like a VIP making a huge order. Thanks.

First time iv ever used Siteking I'm a tall guy 6ft 5 so finding good lengths in trouser sizes is difficult so i dropped Siteking a message and had a quick response from Aston with the answer to my question. The product arrived before time stated and I'm 100% happy with the product they fit perfect and are so comfy and I have recommended them to my other employees and would highly recommend anyone to give Siteking a go if you want great customer service and excellent products all round.
