A first class service delivered with courtesy and patience.
I live along (73) and have nobody to call upon when my tv goes wrong - remote wont' work - lost connection, etc. I was recommended to call this company and they proved to be just great. SO patient, courteous and listened really well to the problem I had with my tv losing connection. I rang on Thursday at 4pm and was offered a call-out for the next afternoon, which I though pretty good. The engineers came and sorted the issue with the broken connection which I couldn't have tackled and got that working and then reconfigured the second remote and showed me how that could be done at home. They engineers were cheerful and very helpful and all in all I think this company offered a really terrific help line to people just like me who have no clue how to do this kind of thing. And they were all just lovely to deal with. £50 call out which I think is pretty average, is money well spent. A first class service delivered with courtesy and patience not often seen these days.
