Second time same high standard

Luke and Paul did a standard excellent job again, and even kindly got part of my fee refunded as I had overestimated the size of the collection. This was my second time using Skoup in 3 months and at short notice. Both really pleasant and really quick to load up my rubbish in Solihull.

Great customer service after I'd filled in my order wrong. On correction the window of anytime between 7am to 7pm collection was narrowed to 12-7pm by customer service...but they came at 8 20am!
They returned at 1pm and were incredibly fast collecting the 20 (recycling) bags on my stairs. A day after my booking! Using them again for some more waste. Greatest thing...no jargon when booking, all very clear.

After a major clear out, I had a quantity of rubbish bags to dispose of. I booked the service online which was straightforward and hassle-free. The driver was pleasant and polite. He called to let me know he was on his way, and collected all the bags. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. I would definitely use Skoup again for a simple and speedy waste disposal service.

Really good service, easy to book and the men who cleared the waste were very polite and did an excellent job. They refunded the difference as the waste wasn’t as much as I thought it would be. Am a happy customer!

Excellent service, exactly what we needed very competitive pricing. I requested a full van to remove furniture and household items even paid the additional £20 to remove a Mattress which is a really good price. Really happy how smooth this went!!

The whole process from booking to collection was excellent and very fast. The prices are extremely competitive and my collection was made by a polite and friendly member of staff. I will definitely be using the service again and have already recommended you to my daughter.

Was excellent service, found Skoup online after me refusing to take the stuff to the tip because of the spiders and not wanting them in the car. Booked them and naturally then looked at the reviews. Was slightly sceptical after reading a few negative but the service was far from it. They called in the morning to say they were just over an hour away, I explained that I might have a bit more than what I booked for just to give a heads up but I said I didn't mind paying the extra if they were able to take it, was told don't worry, we'll see when we get there and sort it then. They came in the timeframe they said they would and managed to get everything in the van, turns out I did book the right load! There was a bit of spillage from a lawn roller (not their fault, was a dodgy cap on it) which bless them they cleaned up the best they could without having access to a brush (so sorry!) even rang me to say what had happened. It was easy, service was excellent and will certainly be using again if I have anymore rubbish that needs removing (I'm sure there will be!) 5 stars all round :)

I ordered and paid. Got an email confirming my pick up of 4 bags of domestic waste would be collected the next day. I left instructions that I would put the bags out on the pavement outside or house. When I came back from work at near 6pm they were still there and the office was shut. I had to put the bags back in the bin so they wouldn't be opened by rats and cats etc. There was no mention of anyone needing to be home.
Update the Saturday I complained and apparently "they ran out of time".
So I'm waiting until Monday now.
Hopefully they can fit me in, or at least leave a message.
Not impressed.
Update: 8 sept.
I gave them the answer to their generic feedback for complaints.
I rang again very upset on Monday morning and it was collected.
