Skoup Avis 

Ordered a skip had it delivered fine. Book it to be collected, they say everything is fine and will be collected on the booked day then just don’t turn up and don’t tell you they aren’t coming. I phone Skoup and they just say that their subcontractor will be there within 5 days. Customer support is basically useless.

Amazing. Have used a few times now due to an moving house and always amazing.

Absolute waste of time. They tell you to order online, they take full payment and then on the day of delivery rung me saying we can’t deliver the skip as we have no suppliers available. When I rung to complain I was told you need to email so we can’t deliver order the skip. They have no clue whatsoever

I booked and paid for the service 48 hours in advance. On the day of collection, my household rubbish was placed outside my property by 7:00am. I received a call at 4:00pm on Friday informing me that the collection would not go ahead and that the next available date would be Monday.

As a mother with two small children one a 6 month old baby and the other a toddler… I am unable to move or arrange the removal of this rubbish myself. By leaving it until late on a Friday to notify me, you've made it impossible for me to find an alternative solution before the weekend.

The bags must now remain at the side of my property, where they are at risk of being torn open by foxes and cats, creating a potential health hazard.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I now have no means of disposing of this waste over the weekend, and your last minute cancellation has caused significant inconvenience and stress.

My first time using Skoup & I will definitely be using them again. From the clear & well detailed app to the very helpful customer service. Thank you so much.

We always go for a full van thinking what we have will maybe be too much but then get told we only filled half, good news is they always refund the difference to what you actually use. Rather than taking half a van and charging you for a full.

The vans must be huge so i would always suggest using them rather than a skip. They will come and grab all the stuff and will be gone with it all in the van within an hour!

Just being able to pay online then a van shows up when needed is awesome. The price is spot on also, highly recommended!

A fantastic service when I needed to get rid of some garden waste and old household items quickly. The Skoup driver turned up on the allotted day, whisked away my stuff, and left no trace! Affordable pricing and very easy to book. Customer service were also speedy to respond. I'll use Skoup again!

Ive used skoup twice for van collection and once for bin bag collection.

Brilliant company and cheaper and more convenient than a skip.

Great price and extremely efficient. I think this service is a must with the new insanity our government has caused with rubbish pickups.

We used Skoup to order a skip which is currently being provided by Batemans. Our skip was due to be collected on May 1st and is still sat in front of my house. Skoup say they are unable to contact Batemans and keep getting the excuse that Batemans has no drivers in the area. Surely if someone has paid nearly £300 for a skip to be dropped off and collected, you shouldn’t be so rude as to ignore the company subcontracting you, and also the public paying for your service. I have attempted to call Batemans several times and nobody answers. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. AWFUL. Skoup don’t seem to care very much or have any control over the people working for them. Avoid like the plague.

Fantastic Service from Skoup, Picked up 10 bags for £27 Brilliant, Others were charging £60 and even £240 because one bloke says i needed a Van! Great Service, Even called before coming round. Plus importantly they have the proper waste license unlike those Facebook chancers!. Well done and I'll use you again for sure!

Useless service! Booked in skip for delivery on the 18th then got call to say it will be delivered on the 23rd. We said that’s fine. Then called 3 times today to ask when the skip will be delivered and each time they said they don’t know but will be delivered today. And guess what it didn’t arrive today and they are now closed for me to call again. What a waste of a company, pun intended!

Incredible service by Paul Hull from the Skoup Team today, we had a lot of furniture after decorating the house. Paul made back and forth trips to collect all that needed to go and left everything clean and tidy. Thanks for all your help Paul and Skoup for providing such an amazing service! 👍

The men who came were really helpful and quick. They parked in our official car park and we were able to direct them to a closer spot for the purposes of the collection, and I appreciated them doing that. All the items taken, some were heavy, so we really were grateful to not need to carry them ourselves. Will 100% use Skoup again.

Fantastic pick up guy, he took everything and was very clean and efficient. This is my regular go to place now for getting rid of the extra rubbish.

Customer service were lovely they changed my day to an earlier one as I needed the rubbish gone earlier. They came and took the bags without a hassle. I didn’t need to be in for collection. Very fast would definitely recommend to others. Will be using again. :)

The driver arrived exactly liked arranged. Very pleasant man.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Skoup. Excellent service each time - can't fault it. The collectors are quick, efficient and friendly.
