Really bad and rude customer service. It also doesn’t help that they refuse to give a time slot. Meaning you have to block out the whole day for a 10min collection. Super inconvenient and rude service over the phone. Would not recommend. Driver was very nice though.

No problem with waste collection, simple and clear website. I had no problems finding the information I needed and was interested in. After putting out the bags of waste, I didn't notice when they disappeared. wonderful. Ideal option when you have extra things to throw away. thank you

Ordered skip weeks in advance, didn't arrive on the Friday, the following Monday on calling was advised would be a week late arriving. After bring quite pushy eventually was delivered that day. Arranged a collection and a new skip, new skip arrived but collection was moved. None of the changes did anyone call, anything but hassle free skips as per their tagline

2nd time used Skoup and they are fabulous, polite and efficient. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you very much

What a great service! We have used Skoup twice now for excess bin bags and it's such a great price and always on time too. We discovered them when moving house and we had so many bags of packaging. Much cheaper option than anything else we could find. Highly recommend.

Had a full van load booked for removal of my old furniture. Really helpful customer service helped me organise a collection that I didn't need to attend, everything was left in front of the flat and when I came back in the evening all was gone. Great service that suited my needs as I wasn't able to be in for collection.

Lesson learnt - If you book these, follow this process:

1 - On arrival, inspect the space on the van to make sure that there is a clear 1/4, 1/2 or full load available as they do multiple collections & 2 - Watch when load the van efficiently and logically to get as much on as possible as from what I saw, they do not pack efficiently, they just chuck it on, as is, which wastes lots of space.

I paid £180 for a half van... For what was measured as a half van load after already removing a full van load.

2 guys turned up hours late as other collections had been passed to them. I stupidly, didn't look to see what space was left on the van as this was my first experience of Skoup, so I didn't know any better. I left them to it and they loaded up some of the rubbish.

He then called me a few minutes later and told me that they could only take what they had and left the smallest pile you could imagine. I objected to this, so he opened the back doors of the van and showed me a load of boxes, piled just over half height high, that were almost to the back doors. That was a very pointless demonstration as there was already other peoples waste on there, plus, what was left, would have sat on top of how they had loaded. I immediately know, that I should have had a look at the load space and monitored them loading.

They told me we'd have to book another 1/2 a van, and drove off with lots of space left in my half.

As I'm now still left with waste and £180 out of pocket, I will just order the smallest skip next time as I've done historically. This is the first time I've come across Skoup so I thought it was worth a go as it seemed quick and easy, although on the pricey side. However, I will definitely not use this service again and I am contacting AMEX to arrange a chargeback.

Booked a full van service and got rid of 740kg of stuff. Very helpful driver (ask for "Junior"). No problems, nothing too much trouble. 5 stars.

Terrible! No mention of time limits during the order process. Collected early even though we confirmed we are not ready. Terrible customer service throughout. £280 for a skip that’s quarter full! Do not use! Ever!

Waste of money.
I would recommend you put on your skips in big capital letters NO SOIL whoever heard of it !!!
It was on your website but I had to delve for it and in tiny writing.
To top it off I rang up and spoke to a member of your team to let her know what I was putting in the skip. AND when the skip was delivered I spoke to the driver and told him what was going in there!!! Educate your STAFF!
Every builder I have spoken to has said "ridiculous!!"
It cost me £520 to have an empty skip taken away.
What a WASTE of money and me a pensioner!

Absolutely pointless. Cancelled my appointment after not turing up for it and then sent me an email saying they had cancelled it as per my request. When I contact them they said the item was too bulky, even though the size was less than stated, then they said it was too heavy even though it was less than half the weight stated. Just a bad experience never use them again and probably now move away from buff.

Do not bother using them as a waste of time and money. The drivers were excellent but their customer service is appalling. I booked them to collect several large items including a sofa as my father had to move out of his extra care accommodation. Thought this would be perfect service to clear his flat of everything as we were unable to dispose of his things ourselves. I listed everything and paid for a large van. They weren't able to come within 24 hours despite booking it way before midday and only got an email stating that they didnt have capacity to book the collection for the same day. So arranged for another day but drivers informed us that they couldn't take the couch. I spoke to customer service and was told I would get a refund. Even though they had my details, I've not heard back from them or got my refund. I would therefore advise you to save your money and NOT use Skoup. This was such a distress experience that no one should have to go through. The drivers were so amazing and professional; really great guys. Unfortunately they don't work in customer service.

Considering I booked the collection late last night, I'm pleasantly surprised they came round mid-day as promised. Really fast and efficient and helps take the stress away from moving out!

After many quotes from a few local companies. I tried Skoup as I knew the brand Biffa and prices are not even close! Brilliant value at Skoup!

I had a lot of rubbish after a clear out that I thought would fill a whole van I was actually worried it wouldn't. However I received a call from someone who was at the property asking if there was anything else that I needed them to collect. I said I didn't and he explained they just about filled half the van which shocked me! Them vans must be huge!

He then went on to say he will request that I receive a refund for the difference which was a plus!

I went back to see everything had gone as requested and they even swept up! Looked spotless!

Very great service! Fast response and quick pick up. I contacted them last minute, as they couldn’t fit my address in before the end of the day my rubbish was picked up 7am next morning which was great.

Very easy to book online and prices are reasonable compared to skip hire. Even better, all of the moving and lifting is done for you! The people collecting the items were fantastic. Very helpful and efficient. They checked and double checked to make sure they were taking all items. I was very impressed with the whole service.
Only improvement would be to narrow the collection window or send a text when they were on the way.
