Great Service
Was greeted by Kirsty this evening. I express my interest in to a sky package. We went over the options available to try and find a suitable one for me. Once established one, Kirsty went through what the next step were.
Kirsty was very friendly and helpful with great knowledge of these products
I’m sure everyone says this, but I think she should be given a pay rise🙂

I had the misfortune to visit your Sky store at Metro centre Gateshead.
Disgraceful customer service!!
They stand in a line at the front of store. Only interested if you purchasing. I already have a Sky SIM and needed a new SIM card as I was having problems.I also have Sky TV Channels.
I was given a phone by a member of staff and told to ask
them for a new one. He had put me through to wrong department. It was just a recorded message. I asked another member of staff if he could help me do it. He did not want to know. I left the store saying I was going to 3 store opposite and would leave Sky. This is not the first time I have had bad service from staff at this store.
I went into 3 store and signed up with them. Staff were so helpful.
On walking past Sky on my way out staff again lined up like bouncers at front of the store. I said I have left Sky and gone over to 3. One of them remarked Good.
They are a disgrace!!
As soon as my Sky TV contract ends I will cancel as well.

Hi Ercolano. I’m really sorry to read about the experience you had — that’s not the level of service we expect, and I completely understand why you felt disappointed and let down.
You should have been properly supported when you came in for help with your SIM issue, not pointed to the wrong number or left to sort it out yourself. It’s also unacceptable that you felt ignored when asking for assistance.
I’m really sorry this wasn’t your first negative visit either. Whether someone is joining Sky or already with us, you should always be treated with respect and given the help you need.
