I have used Seth before and he got me the most fantastic economy seats to Australia, so needed to use someone again as an emergency as a result of a hideous experience elsewhere!!! He not only tolerated me making him do an entire days work for possibly nothing, he stepped up and delivered.

Helpful Agent Overruled by Poor Service Experience
Booking agent Seth Ignatius was genuinely helpful and tried his best to assist with my booking. However, the fare that was promised as “blocked” was not honoured just 2 hours later. When I raised the issue with customer service, agent Ian Williamson was downright rude and dismissive. Overall, I am disappointed with both the failure to honour the fare and the poor attitude from customer service.
