This is our second time purchasing from Sleeping Duck, and once again they have absolutely delivered.

The ease of navigating their website and placing an order is seamless. The option of guaranteed next-day delivery - or being able to properly plan your delivery - is outstanding and removes any stress from the process.

We recently upgraded both the base/style and mattress from our original purchase, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Customer service, which has always been second to none, has somehow improved even further. The communication throughout - emails, calls and texts - was proactive, clear and professional. A big shout out to Steph, Zoey and the wider team for their outstanding support.

On delivery day, everything worked like clockwork. From Customer Service coordination to the installation team onsite, it was clear everyone operates in unison. The installation crew were fantastic - positive, capable, professional and even up for a laugh. No issue fazed them.

Despite the challenges of a second-storey delivery and a sloping driveway, the team handled everything effortlessly. Installation took just on an hour, and their workmanship and care were evident throughout. Well presented, well organised and clearly masters of their craft.

Their sheet sets, duvets, and overall quality of their products is amazing, we just bundled everything for ease.

We genuinely cannot fault Sleeping Duck.

I ABSOLUTELY DETEST MY SLEEPING DUCK MATTRESS & PILLOWS!

OH MY GOD....this is the WORST mattress I have ever owned!

I bought it in July when the weather was cool in Melbourne.

In late October when the weather started to warm up, I COULD NOT SLEEP on the mattress - it was STIFLING HOT!

Even the PILLOWS were stifling hot!

I asked Sleeping Duck if I could return it. They refused as I was about 10 days outside the 100-day trial - fair enough.

I even offered to pay them $200 to take the mattress away & refund me. They refused.

I totally understand my 100-day trial had expired but the mattress is HOT AND UNBEARABLE in warmer weather.

I tried a woollen underlay - that didn't work.

I had to stop using my pillows because even with a pillow protector over them, the pillows are stifling.

My old pillow-top mattress was what I called "the Cloud" and I never had a bad night's sleep until it sank in the middle after 15 years.

I would do ANYTHING to get rid of the Sleeping Duck & go back to another pillow-top.

Oh....and when I bought the mattress, I was told they came in "medium" and "firm". I went for the medium.

Once it was delivered, I told them the "medium" feels much firmer than the "medium" in the Prahran showroom.

I reckon the "medium" delivered to me was mis-labelled as it felt very "firm". They said there was nothing they could do. I wasn't happy about that. I felt they thought I was lying or imagining things.

After MONTHS AND MONTHS of complaining, they FINALLY told me you can get mattress inserts that are "soft".

They very kindly sent them out, but all I did was sink FURTHER into the mattress & this Summer has been HORRIFIC because the mattress is so HOT!

Buying a Sleeping Duck was the WORST DECISION I HAVE MADE in a long time!

Recently purchased a mattress and pillows from Sleeping Duck and couldn’t be happier. The quality is outstanding, both products are exactly as advertised.
What really stood was the customer service. Quick, friendly and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on both product with quality and service these days.

I bought a sleeping duck around 18 months ago after reading great reviews. I bought a medium firmness but honestly it has always felt like an ironing board. After a year and a half of an uncomfortable sleep i finally gave up and bought another mattress. Premuin price not Premuin product. Very disappointing

I loved my mattress so much that I bought another one for my son a few weeks later. He loves his just as much.

Fantastic mattress! The absolute best ever I have had. The last expensive mattress with all the "bells and whistles" wrecked my back and had to be returned to the manufacturer. Goodbye sore back. Hello fantastic restful, restorative sleep. I just love my Sleeping Duck mattress. Going to bed bed is a pleasure not a fight to find a comfortable spot. Just total rest, I feel the tension of the day releasing from my body and sleep arrives almost at once. I wake up feeling restored, rested! Highly recommend this mattress and company.

I've had this mattress for 6 months now and after the first night, I knew I'd made the right choice. I've got musculoskeletal problems and it has helped immensely. As the review suggests the only downside is that's it's on the heavier side, so just get someone to help you flip it. Otherwise it's perfect and worth the investment!!!

We have never purchased a mattress without testing it out first. This was a first but the Sleeping Duck had been highly recommended to us. There has been no regrets at all. One of the comfiest mattress I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on! I was staying with a friend and couldn’t get over how comfortable it was. So much so that I went and bought my own.

It is the best sleep that I’ve had in many years thanks to the indestructible bed frame and the sleeping duck mattress. I bought the sleeping duck Firm mattress and it is wonderful.

Delivery was fast. Bad back is now mending.

Sleeping Duck came recommended from a friend, we were due for a new mattress and after some research we landed on Duck. Reasonably priced within our budget and delivered straight to our door. Delivery time took a little longer than expected, but it was certainly worth the wait! Once unboxed, it didn't take long to take shape, we slept on it that night and haven't looked back! A perfect night's sleep every night since for the both of us. All the raving reviews were spot on, this is the best mattress we have ever purchased! The SD Mach II (Medium firmness) has exceeded our expectations for a "mattress in a box".

I read the reviews and thought that if these mattresses are half as good as they claim they should be good buy. I spent the money and the mattress is as good if not better than claimed.

My sleeping is the best I can remember. The packaging is amazing. I first thought they had left a box in the truck. But to see the mattress set itself up after cutting the sealed plastic bag was nothing short of amazing.
