Cero proactividad: Tras equivocarme de talla, les escribí al minuto. Silencio absoluto por su parte.

Cancelación 'fantasma': Cancelaron mi pedido y me devolvieron el dinero sin enviarme ni un solo e-mail. Me enteré porque entré yo en la web al ver que el paquete no llegaba. Increíble que en 2026 una tienda online no tenga avisos automáticos de cancelación.

Rigidez absurda: Su respuesta es que 'desde España no pueden cambiar tallas'. Te obligan a repetir el proceso, perdiendo por el camino los descuentos (newsletter) que ya habías usado.

Cero soluciones: Sabiendo que el error de comunicación fue suyo, su respuesta fue un 'es imposible que llegue'. Ni un envío exprés, ni una disculpa real, ni un código de sustitución.

He tenido que volver a comprar por pura necesidad (es lo que mi mujer quería), pero la gestión es nefasta, mecánica y sin el más mínimo rastro de atención al cliente real. No les importa el cliente, solo despachar pedidos desde Alemania.

This review has been left on Slumbersac UK, however the experience you describe appears to relate to a delivery in Spain. Unfortunately, we’re not able to comment in detail on orders placed outside of the UK.

For clarity, all Slumbersac UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. If a wrong size is ordered, our usual process is to cancel the order upon request, with an automatic confirmation email sent to the customer (which may go into junk mail). Our customer service team would then assist further and ensure that any discount code used is reapplied where appropriate.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating. We’d encourage you to contact the customer service team relevant to the store where the order was placed, who will be best placed to help.

Poor quality product, poor customer service

Poor quality product. After using for just over a month the neckline completely separated due to faulty stitching. After contacting them due to it being a manufacturing fault they offered me a 50% refund to stitch it myself. When I asked for a replacement (and I’d send the faulty one back once I’d received the new one) they stopped replying to my emails.

We’re really sorry you feel this way as this doesn’t reflect how your case was handled.

When you contacted us about the seam issue, we responded promptly and offered two solutions in line with our warranty policy: a replacement once the item was returned using our free returns label, or a 50% refund if you preferred to keep the sleeping bag.

As confirmed in our email correspondence, you chose the 50% refund option so you could purchase another sleeping bag, and this refund was processed for you straight away. At that point, the replacement process was cancelled, which was clearly explained in our message. We did not stop replying and the case was closed once the agreed resolution had been completed.

We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and as quickly as possible, and we remain here to help if you have any further questions.

Good customer service, shame about the sizing

I bought 2 sleepsacks from Slumbersac 0-6 and 6-18 as I was unsure which would be the best fit. The items were lovely and thick for winrer and seemed really cosy. Unfortunately they were both too big. My baby is 6 months old and so should have fit in the 0-6month size based on his length. The length fitting was great but the neck opening and shoulders was too big. I contacted Slumbersac for a return and Anneke on customer services was great. When I contacted her as the refund was taking a bit of time with it being Black Friday and Christmas she processed the refund for me so I didn't have to keep waiting. despite the length being great, the neck opening was too wide so I returned them. Anneke on customer services was great with communicating with me and chasing the refund.

Overall great experience just a shame the sizing was off

We’re sorry the fit wasn’t quite right for your little one. We completely understand how important a secure fit around the neckline and shoulders is. We do always recommend choosing our sleeping bags based on baby’s height and size rather than age, as little ones grow at such very different rates.

Don't buy here

Got aprons for my 18 month old and it had 18 to 24 months and it was too small. Not a good website,I would not buy off them again. False sizing and also says its a Ireland website when its based in the uk

It seems you may have bought a product from Slumbersac Ireland. However, regarding the product, Slumbersac doesn't sell aprons so I wonder if there may have been a mix-up with another item or store. If you meant our bibs, these are designed for 6–24 months, though fit can vary depending on each child.

Also, to clarify, Slumbersac Ireland is not based in the UK. Our European head office is in Germany and we have teams working across Europe, including Galway, Ireland.

AVOID- REFUSING TO REFUND

I ordered 3 sleeping bags with feet. Unfortunately they stank of a weird plastic smell upon opening. I assumed the smell would dissipate upon washing so I washed them. The smell was still there two washes later. My child has allergies and a skin condition and therefore I cannot risk him sleeping in something which could be contaminated with an allergen.
I requested a refund and the most rude and unhelpful Anneke has not only refused, they have refused for me to speak with management. In the UK it’s illegal to refuse to refund faulty goods so this is breaking the law. I will be escalating this from a legal perspective, but I suggest you AVOID this horrific company.

Please rest assured our sleeping bags are made from natural, certified materials - our 0.5 TOG sleeping bags are made from a soft blend of 50% bamboo viscose and 50% cotton muslin, which is naturally breathable and gentle on sensitive skin.

All of our sleeping bags are thoroughly tested for quality and safety, and we sell thousands of them worldwide each year. This is the first time we have received feedback about an unusual odour like this and your request was reviewed carefully by both our customer service and management teams.

We have very strict hygiene policies in place to protect all customers, which means we’re unable to accept returns of washed or used sleeping bags. This is standard practice for baby and children’s sleepwear and is in line with industry hygiene guidelines.

We’re sorry we couldn’t reach the resolution you hoped for.

I’ve ordered a few sleepsacks from this company and love every single one. My little one sleeps the whole night when in his 2.5 tog with sleeves because he’s so comfortable. Delivery is always super quick too!

Mi experiencia con esta empresa no puede estar siendo más desagradable. Me mandaron un saco sin grabar el bordado …correos está intentando devolverles el pedido y no les encuentra. Además cuando les reclamas, cosa que es muy difícil, te bloquean en instagram para que no les puedas escribir . Es desesperante. Una amiga pago el bordado y tampoco le ha llegado . Es una ESTAFA para que la gente trague y compre .
En relación a su respuesta … efectivamente SLUMBERSAC cuenta con la opción de bordado . Pague 7,95 por ello . Dinero que todavía no se me ha devuelto … el saco rodando por Almería porque correos no puede entregarlo y voy a tener que ir a una organización de consumidores para denunciar y que nadie más le pase

The purchase was made in Spain. I am trying to speak to them through the email you sent me, but the bag that I have to return is still at the post office because there is no one in the supposed office where they sent it to me. I still don't have my money back, and I still think that Slumbersac provides a terrible customer service.

Arrived very quick and lovely quality

My order came the next day. It was dispatched immediately and the quality seems great. They are sized very big. I got a 90cm for my 2yo daughter and it's huge but fits well.

Don't buy early for Christmas

At the request of my daughter-in-law I ordered a summerweight Slumbersac as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I wasn't sure of the delivery times so ordered it on 22nd November and was surprised to receive it on 24th November. I didn't get to see my granddaughter until 29th December when I saw the unpacked Slumbersac, size 18 months to 3 years it was huge and it would have fitted a 5 year old. I realised I was just outside the normal 28 day return window so emailed Slumbersac thinking they would be sympathetic as it was the Christmas period. I got very short shrift when they replied 5 days later and was told there were no exchanges/refunds outside 28 days. It was very disappointing and they have lost my future custom.

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with our returns policy. We do give 28 days to allow customers to change their mind in this time and unfortunately you were outside of the returns window. I'm not sure which baby sleeping bag you have purchased but usually the 18 months to 3 years baby sleeping bag comes with velcro to reduce the length size if you should so wish. Our sleeping bag size length is generous because your child should be able to kick and wriggle freely in the sleeping bag, ideally with babies' feet at 3/4 of the sleeping bag, leaving the bottom quarter of the sleeping bag 'empty' for freedom to move. Sizing is really off

Sizing is really off. brought the 70cm with feet for my baby 7months old and 70cm tall, she's now 10 months old and 72cm tall and her legs have never stayed out of the sack for longer than 5 minutes. she's has chunky legs too but the socks on the sack with feet just do not stay on at all meaning her legs just get caught in the sack and it's completely pointless spending so much for a sack with legs when the feet don't stay out. It says a lot that there's no reviews on their website that they haven't curated.

Great company and great products

Made a mistake when ordering this company sorted it out quickly and efficiently and the product itself is excellent beautifully made great designs and generous sizing having an autistic toddler who will not accept a blanket or duvet so the sizes these sleeping bags go up to have saved me alot of worry in the future thank you :)

Amazing customer service and amazing quality

I could not recommend Slumbersac enough! The customer service was second to none. I originally ordered to wrong size and emailed to make changes and Anna replied within minutes to cancel my order, she was so helpful. I then got the right size and the quality is amazing.. My daughter loves it.

Badly fitting socks and terrible customer service.

I have bought a few sleeping bags from this company, and was generally satisfied with the quality. They are expensive but apparently sustainable minded. I have since bought socks and was very disappointed with the product and customer service. The socks are marketed 12-18 months, and at 14 months they are way too tight, yet my toddler is on the 50th percentile in height and weight, so is very average. I sent them a picture and a note, and they basically said after some exchanges of emails that I needed the size up. Yes …I had gathered that! But I am not going to spend more money on a company that acts like you do. No apology, no “we will take on board your feedback”. They said I could have given them back, and I replied that I didn’t know they were too tight until I saw other mummies with babies with better fitting socks. They never replied. The socks were £5 in comparison with their sleeping sacks which cost over £40 …worth losing a customer over? Apparently yes. Ps their reply on trustpilot is that there needs to be a fault with the sock. Surely a sock that’s too small for the target audience is a design fault? A sock which cuts of circulation…hmm

Brilliant bags Iv used them since my…

Brilliant bags Iv used them since my first child, they wash and wear really well. I love they go up to larger sizes as my sons autistic and it’s now a part of my routine. Customer service was so helpful when I had lots of questions about size and materials.

Awful service

I have a few slumbersac’s they are ok if you get them in the sale definitely not worth it at full price. Customer service on the other hand is DISGUSTING. Firstly they processed the order twice and I had two pending payments on my bank account and was told because they were pending i’d need to call my bank as it was my issue not theirs! Then waiting over a week from ordering, I emailed to find out we’re the order is and they said the payment was still pending and I should ring PayPal. Never in my life have I had to chase around after placing and order online using PayPal. PayPal said there was no issues then I “coincidentally” get a snotty email from slumbersac to say it had gone through and please look at the screenshot dated today blah blah blah…but it was dated 3 days earlier, just awful don’t waste your time your baby will have grown out of the size you ordered by the time you get it LOL
