Since my recent review. I have been contacted by senior management. And as it turns out my issues were resolved with one phone call. There was an issue with the automated invoice system.

Dreadful experience. 0n 30 Aug 2024 I Chose a geographical number from their website - which implies that you get to choose the rest of the sequence later in the process - I didn't. Instead I was told I'd get a letter ... yes a letter in this day and age! It still hasn't arrived.

I got a phone call today then an email with a choice of numbers. Also got amplification of their terms and conditions. I found their porting out fees to be exorbitant. Sent cancellation email. Now no responses.

Update: 10 minutes after leaving this review, responses resumed. Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc? Can't be, surely?

My London business is situated 100m from the 0208 boundary and it was important to have an 0208 number to be seen as a London business. Smart numbers have given me this. While the service works exactly as you would expect and I have no hesitation in recommending it, I want to commend Amanda Gratrix who was the advisor who signed me up. Not only was she very knowledgeable and a great representative of the business, she was also made the whole process more fun than I ever expected to have when purchasing a phone number! She's an absolute star!

Easy to use and get your numbers online

Friendly helpful staff. Changing my set up a couple of times, for me to get exactly what I was looking for, was no trouble for them. Would definitely recommend!
