Of all the estimates that I received from other suppliers, Joe was the only representative that sat down with me and wife and explained the workings of the equipment and what and where he was going to install the house alarm kit and the CCTV equipment. Jo arrived on the day and date as planned and installed the burglar alarm and the CCTV system. What I liked most about Jo was that he was professional in approach, a very honest attitude, customer focused and a big heart. On completion, Jo made sure that I understood the mechanics of the equipment and made sure that I was fully satisfied before leaving the premises. Well Done.....

Joe arrived punctually as promised and installed a burglar alarm system at my house without rushing to complete the job. He made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving and has been available on his phone to answer any questions I have had since then. He is pleasant to deal with, cares about his customers and offers a very competitive price for industry leading products. The burglar alarm works great and I have had no issues. Smartech were very professional and Jo knew exactly what he was doing. I was after a Hikvision set up and Jo was able to walk through options, design the final solution and install it. He was diligent enough to run the wires through before our building work commenced and came back to install the cameras after it had completed for a clean and discreet finish to our installation and above all managed to price match an established rival.
