Never used smart gadgets but got an email offering a gift if I left a review, so I guess lots of these reviews are fake just to get a review and rating.

Very poor service.
Paid for urgent delivery of ceiling lights. Was told by the customer agent that it should be delivered by the end of the day and gave a ‘Royal Mail’ tracking number. Apparently Royal Mail haven’t even received the item at there end! How can Royal Mail’ deliver to the customer when the item
Hasn’t been received by them from the seller
Appalling customer service. Avoid this company.

Item that arrived didn’t work.

Tried to arrange a return and they stopped replying to my emails.

Ended up claiming a refund through credit card.

I would avoid ever using this company.

I thought this was what I was looking for? Unfortunately the lighting flickers and drives you nuts so I had to remove the lights.

Product wrongly advertised. Received incomplete light. Seller sent only some missing parts. Admitted to the lights being sold without pictured item, yet they still selling it as complete unit. Never arranged return postage, neither sent the complete replacement. Never responded to the last message. It appears to be a pure scam run directly from China.

Absolutely brilliant product.
Solar outside light, really bright and sensors are excellent

Lights arrived lovely packaged, unfortunately one of them did not work. Communication sent to company and a replacement was delivered within a few days. No questions ask absolutely brilliant. Five star.

Very pleased with the solar light i purchased. Great value for money.

I ordered mirror lights and they arrived faulty. The postman took the wrong item back (some baby bottles) so I resent them myself. The company have refused to send my bottles back and they won’t refund the lights or reply to my emails. Absolutely disgusting service I would not recommended buying from here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion thought I should . I had difficulty when trying to place an order for a bathroom light fitting . It kept saying processing when submitting the order . I then did not receive a confirmation email to say the order had gone through , so I presumed there had been an
error processing . Only to find the money had come out of my account . I Tried to contact them using the telephone number on their website and the number is not correct . Emailed and used contact form and had no response. So I literally have no order / no light and have been charged . When contacting where money was taken from I need an order number to get anywhere , and start a claim to receive refund (which I haven’t got) because I never received one . I would say avoid if at all possible.

**** I have now since leaving a review had contact from Smartgadgets4U so hopefully this problem can now be rectified ****

STILL AWAITING THIS PROBLEM TO BE RECTIFIED .So although since leaving g first review someone contacted me . I still have no item and they still have the money for it ! !

I have not yet received my purchace- not good enough

Light was delivered in time for a reasonable price. This was the easiest to install ceiling light ever. Product is also bright as hoped for.

BUYERS BEWARE
Wrong light delivered, was asked to return it for a refund. I queried if the refund would include original and return shipping costs. Their response was 'Please return the light and we will issue the refund to you accordingly as per your satisfaction' They only refunded the cost of the light. after complaining they refunded the original shipping cost and now ignore all requests to refund the return shipping. I am now out of pocket for their error. I will now complain to Birmingham trading standards. I should have read other reviews before purchasing.
