Smart Play Zone Avis 

After being let down from another site i ordered a car from smart play zone just a couple days before my sons birthday, i rang them to ask them if it would arrive on time, they were Extremely friendly and very helpful, made sure that my order was put out for delivery that day, it arrived today easy to assemble and it looks So much fun! My little boy is going to love it! Could Not be happier!

When we assembled the car and did the 18 hours charging, the car would not work. We contacted Smart Play Zone and replacement battery was sent immediately and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. They recommend you put the car together with 24 hours of receiving the car for this reason.
I am extremely impressed by how quickly they addressed the issue and that our son won't be disappointed as the car is now fully working ready for Christmas.
I would highly recommend this company, the fault battery was something not within their control but it was dealt with very professionally

My box come damaged and parts had fallen out the box put the car together to find that the horn didnt work, now have a very disappointed daughter

Product instructions could have been better to read but never mind

I bought the range rover style 24v ride on car for my 3 year old daughter in May, she's used it perhaps a dozen times on a suitable surface, It's now July and both back wheels have split. Smart Play Zone are saying this is through wear and tear and are refusing to replace the wheels. I would expect a £280 toy to last longer then 3 months and was surprised by there response.

Great service, both online and on the phone. Although there was a slight issue with the product, it was soon resolved over the phone and the replacment item was posted immediately.

Delivery man refused to bring the product to the second floor. Explained I had a new born and couldn't leave but he insisted I go down to the main door and bring it up myself.

Brought the Mayback electric child's car for our 1 year old granddaughters birthday and she loved it so much we could not get her out of it . Great price quick delivery and easy to assemble would highly recommend .

Easy to order, goods in perfect condition, delivery superb for a full-time worker - text received with options to change delivery, one hour time slot received that morning and arrived bang on time.

Really good product didn't take long to build only bad point was having to pay £14.99 delivery even though we stay on British mainland we were charged extra

There was a problem with my order but the company emailed me and remedied the issue straight away so the product was only delayed by one day and I was not charged for next day delivery for a second time but it still came in 24 hours. The car itself is great, my son absolutely loves it and the battery life is surprisingly strong. The music is great, the colour of the car is cute and it is a really good size for my 3 year old with extremely long legs! Also the remote control is a perfect touch to help him as he drives along the road. Only thing I would change is for the remote control to have a 'stop' button to over-ride the driver when it is in dual-mode but equally, if you hit reverse on the remote control when they are moving forward, it stops the car for a second before reversing which generally allows your child to pull their foot off the pedal as the surprise will stop them powering forward!

We bought the play kitchen for our daughters 2nd birthday. We assembled it the night before so that she could see it and use it. Unfortunately it had been machined wrong and so the doors do not fit. As we needed the product in use for her birthday we decided not to return it but to modify ourselves so that she was not disappointed or without a birthday present. We, however were disappointed and will not be using the company again.

Bought a Lamborghini for my son, it's a great little car. My son loves it and always doesn't want to come out. Very fast delivery. We had a little problem when installing, but it was sorted with just a phone call to the seller. Great Service! Would recommend it to anyone!
