We are a small family business that strives to give a friendly professional service, we have many years experience installing and maintaining central heating and hot water systems and as Worcester Bosch and Vaillant Accredited Installers, we are able to offer up to 12 years guarantee on boilers and seven years on heat pumps. We are MCS registered for Heat pump installations, Gas Safe registered for natural gas and LPG and are Oftec registered for oil boilers. We are Heat Geek verified as well as being registered with APHC and CIPHE.

Very professional service
They turned up when they said they would, explained the process of why the boiler may not be working. Very friendly and informative. Once the new part came in they were at the house within the hour to fit the new part. They then waited for 20 mins to check the heating was working correctly, they even bled one of the radiators. I would definitely recommend them.

Emergency repair
I had a problem with my heating system, Smith's could come out within 24 hours. When they turned up, the engineer had the part needed in the van. Great service

Very helpful and quick response from…
Very helpful and quick response from the lovely lady when we called. Tom arrived exactly on time to service the boiler. He was thorough, polite and very knowledgeable about the heating system in general. He gave us some very good advice. We will certainly be using Smiths for all our future heating and plumbing problems.

The boiler maintenance was carried out by Toms Trainee .
It all works well .in fact it runs a bit to hot even on 15 the radiators are to hot to touch.

Boiler problems and responded very quickly to urgent call out to replace a capacitor and then the motor. The problem occurred during a period of very cold weather, so it was really appreciated.
