Great service, both over the phone and in person (I picked up goods). Only quibble was that ordering online threw up an error message on my iPhone which eventually led me to pay three times (refunded as quickly as it was identified) rather than once . In fact, I didn’t realise I HAD paid until I was rung saying ready for collection. If that end of the transaction process was sorted then five starts it is

It explained my options and guided my choice.
Particularly helpful were the guides on checking around the wheel arches by hand before ordering and the video on how to fit self-tensioning chains.
The advice to check the size by fitting the chains (without driving on them) as soon as the chains arrived with the promise of sorting out any difficulties was an immense reassurance.
They fitted perfectly.
