SO Podiatry & Pilates Avis 4

I have been struggling with pain in my feet and was getting depressed about it. I went to the nhs podiatrist and was ushered in and out within 15 minutes,not receiving any supportive help or suggestions so I made an appointment to see Steph who had been recommended to me by a friend. Steph
was so helpful,she took the time to listen to me and to complete a biochemical assessment. She made several suggestions and I genuinely felt as though things were going to improve. I have booked another appointment to start my recovery and would not hesitate to recommend So Podiatry to anyone who is struggling.

Steph and her team made me feel very valued. I had the initial assessment with Steph regarding MLS laser therapy treatment for arthritis in my hip. She provided details regarding my gait and how I could improve this. She discussed the laser therapy in detail and the fact it could take several sessions to see an improvement in the pain from my hip.She then treated my hip with a session of laser therapy which improved the pain in my hip slightly. On the back of this and after a few days I booked myself in via the online facility for another set of 6 sessions which overall has improved the pain in my hip. It's never going to cure my arthritis which Steph did explain but it has definitely reduced the pain dramatically fron a ten down to around 4 or 5. Steph is very knowledgeable and was very detailed in explaining treatment. She was also very good at asking how the pain was and what I was struggling with and would change the area she treated accordingly. A great service and a great team. Would definitely recommend So Podiatry and laser treatment for anyone looking at easing the pain of arthritis.

Stephanie is brilliant a really professional lady very good patient care.

Has some gel injection treatments and am Walking better than I have done for years, would recommend her to everyone.

Would not recommend Stephanie at So Podiatry in Worcester. Spent alot of money here in a few months and didnt feel valued as a customer. Didnt answer any of my emails apart from she quickly emailed and asked me to take down my review. This says alot or I got emails when they thought they were going to take money from me.
Picked and choose which ones were answered to her advantage.

Appointments felt hurried and rushed and she liked to keep looking at her watch. I never received any report written or by email about my condition after my consultation.
She didnt really know her treatment prices either and they kept changing. She told me the wrong price for a cortisone injection when I queried it she said that I should have checked the website, when in fact it was her that should have checked her own website before she told me.
There was no apology or owning the mistake.
An apology might have been enough but it wasnt forthcoming. No customer goodwill either didnt offer to give it to me at the price she quoted either and keep a customer onboard. No apology that she got it wrong. Pay attention to your prices and if your not sure check your own website before you quote.

She also sold me a treatment which was the most expensive of the two that she had. It didnt work and I realised afterwards i could have had the cheaper one but it wasnt explained. No option given. Its clearly all about the money. I've asked her to delete all my details and I wouldn't recommend.
