Since then, we have expanded to offer solutions to mid risk and low risk merchants, too — including many businesses owned by our friends and family, as well as hardworking entrepreneurs and business owners across the nation. Our Houston-based team does indeed deliver that “Texas Hospitality” you’ve heard so much about! Cowboy boots are optional, but highly encouraged, at SoarPay headquarters.

I filled out an application almost 2 weeks ago, i've never recieved a call back, IF they did call back they never left a voicemail or sent an email. Our company gets probably a hundred calls a day, I've been waiting for a response from them for nearly two weeks, but they say they have pre approval in 24 hours. 24 hours times 14 days? I called this morning and spoke with customer service, she said my "sales rep" was on another line but he would call as soon as he got of fthe phone, and hour go by, still nothing. The company can't even return calls, avoid them, you'll surely have issues down the road as well.

No technical assistance

I have an online store and wanted to integrate with soarpay. I was getting an error while putting merchant info to my website. I was shocked when no one helped me after calling hundreds of call and sending 30-40 emails to every known person from the company by me. There is no one available from the technical department. Really I got a lesson for life, never trust on such companies.

We take great pride in our customer service, which is generally reviewed very positively by our customers. Therefore, when I saw this review, I investigated the situation further.

First, I am surprised that you were unable to reach anyone in our offices for customer service. Our customer service team is available via phone Monday through Friday, each and every week, from 8am CST through 5pm CST.

Second, regarding your emails, I’ve checked our CRM database (where we keep detailed reports on all customer service requests) and we show only 2 inquiries from your company ever, both of which, per our records, were responded to the same day. Only 1 related to integration, which, per our records, we responded to with a detailed response outlining exactly how you could resolve your integration issue.

In summary, as I said, we believe we offer the best customer service in the industry, and endeavor for all of our customers to have a pleasant and helpful customer service experience. Therefore I’d ask that you contact our offices at your convenience to find out if we can get to the bottom of your integration issue.
