the product delivery
the product, the Soft Ride boots, is great. Sizing was correct and my horse is doing great in the boots. The problem the company has relates to customer service, which is nonexistant. The options for delivery include a $100 charge for FedEx 2 day/AM delivery. The boots were shipped promptly but FedEx missed the delivery date and time by more than 36 hours. FedEx advised I could get a full refund but only if SoftRide filed for my reimbursement. I have called and emailed several times and have been completely ignored. Very very poor customer support here. Do not fall for the overnight or 2 day FedEx option on this purchase!
