poor packaging but real humans to answer phone
Solar Grow have a telephone number answered by a very helpful real human. Excellent start.
Haven't actually used it yet but looks fine and all the pieces seem to be there. It arrived as promptly as our icy track would allow
However there are no instructions for putting together. Have to go on line for this.
The thermostat was rattling about loose in the base not having been sealed in its box apparently. Hope it still works
The very small plastic fixing nuts and bolts were loose in an unsealed envelope.
Huge amounts of plastic involved in the wrapping.
