Wonderful week in Puglia, Italy, led by our great tour leader, Scott.
Never too much trouble to sort out a problem or lend a helping hand.
Always 'bringing up the rear' (so to speak), ensuring no one was left behind.
He really listened to his guests and was a pleasure to be around.

Puglia was an area I really wanted to visit and our leader, Scott along with guide Sasha, they made it memorable. Scott, as our group leader helped me due to a knee injury just before our tour started, accommodating my ability to do all the walks. Beautiful area and really loved the Farmhouse luncheon! Great group of people and great experience!

Have been travelling with Solo’s for many years and enjoyed every holiday. Just back from Puglia. Very well organised. The excursions were great and ran exactly to plan. We had a fantastic tour leader, Scott, who was always very helpful if there were any issues, and who integrated so well with the group, ensuring everyone was ok and having a great time. I met so many nice people on this holiday, and looking forward to my next one.

A fabulous full-on week exploring this wonderful part of Italy. Great hikes. Great sights. The local tour guides - particularly Sasha - were fantastic. Making the days out fun and very informative.
Also a great group of fellow travellers. Big shout out to Scott the Solos tour leader who kept us all organised and really helped the group to gel. Would jump at the chance to do another holiday with him at the helm.
Overall a fantastic week - holiday expectations exceeded!

Well what a lovely holiday, the tour leader Scott made sure everyone felt included and his humour certainly helped the group bond very quickly. Thanks to him and the great bunch of people on this trip for making it so memorable.

Just back from my latest solo’s holiday. Not had a bad experience to date so intend to stay with them. Next one coming up in June.

Our leader Scott brought such a positive vibe to the group. Everyone felt like family so quickly. Of course, the group happened to be a great bunch, but Scott fostered these relationships and made sure everyone was doing well at all times. He went above and beyond his role, solving the smallest problems that arose to handling extra travel plans for free days and even extended vacations. As a first time Solos traveler, he certainly influenced my decision to book again. On a side note, he’s a pretty good photographer too😉😊

Our Solos guide, Sue, was fantastic and the hiking guides were excellent too. Great hotel with plentiful food. Hikes were challenging at times, needing poles, but all the more rewarding for that. Good variety of activities with a lovely group to enhance the walking

Mandy was an exceptional tour guide to Tuscany. The group were lovely and all fitted in well together. The hotel was good and centrally located for all our visits.
I would fully recommend this tour to everyone.

Wonderful trip! Mandy, our tour guide, did a marvelous job of managing any travel issues and said helping us find wonderful excursions. It was nice having rooms alone to debrief. I would do it again!

Treasures of Tuscany was my first Solo holiday and the whole experience was excellent. Montecatini Terme is a superb base for sightseeing (Siena, Lucca, Pisa and Florence) and Mandy, our tour host made the programme seamless and effortless.

Mandy speaks Italian with flair, her organisational skills are finely tuned and she pays attention to detail. Unflappable, practical and great fun to be with, she offered a good balance of whole group activities and the freedom to do your own thing should you wish.

If you’re hesitating to book, just do it! You won’t regret it.

I had an incredible holiday in Tuscany with Solos. Mandy, our tour leader was always resourceful, unruffled, and went above and beyond to give our group a really wonderful holiday. In particular her enthusiasm, knowledge, care, sense of humour, and excellent restaurant suggestions greatly elevated the experience. From the boarding passes on the phone, to the packed breakfast on our airport day, I felt very taken care of. I also really appreciated the balance between free days and sightseeing days.

The last time I went on a solos holiday was 25 years ago! I absolutely loved my trip to Tuscany . Lovely group and so many excursions led by a capable calm and knowledgeable Mandy who handily spoke wonderful Italian! We had 2 free days which was perfect as the trip days are busy. It was great to be able to eat in different restaurants for dinner. You never felt on your own.

Wonderful group of people and a variety of activities and experiences all put together by our wonderful, friendly tour leader Mandy who seemed to have the patience of a saint and was always proactive in ensuring everyone was ok

The host, Russ, ensured the whole trip was well organised and ran smoothly. The two guides, Kath and Sue were very knowledgeable and made the walks informative and fun. The hotel was smart and clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Russ was a great team leader, the knowledgeable guides were excellent and the company of all participants was fabulous.

I paid over £6,000 for this holiday, with the main attraction of course being the Carnival. It was the sole reason for me booking it, and paying an enormous premium to attend. Unfortunately, we arrived late to the carnival, and our seats had been taken by another group. We were therefore herded into another area which it turned out had been booked by another group. What ensued was terrifying. The other group became very angry and started to push us away. I was pushed down to the row in front, jostled from both sides, and verbally abused by a number of members of the other group. Our guides were nowhere to be seen. Even worse, when they did turn up, we found out that exactly the same thing had happened last year. I have never been so frightened in my life. Solos response? £200. In addition, I was downgraded at the departure gate, and I had to fight for weeks to get a refund from Solos who came up with excuse after excuse after excuse as to why they wouldn't refund me. I would think very carefully before using this company again.

The New York experience was 100% made even better with the benefit of an amazing experienced tour leader with a depth of local knowledge of New York. I absolutely loved every minute of the holiday. Fiona showed us so much more of the real New York! All the iconic landmarks, plus the local places to visit, hidden places to eat and stops for coffee while soaking up the atmosphere of this wonderful city. Brilliant holiday and a brilliant tour leader. I booked this because of Fiona being the TL. Absolutely fantastic time loved every minute!! Thank you 😊
