Supplier hasn’t received the money from SOTPAY
Paid using SOTPAY a few days ago. The money is pending on my account and the supplier is asking me to pay again as they haven’t received the money from SOTPAY. What a muddle. The email saying that the payment has failed has come from SOTPAY.

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that SOTpay provides the secure payment facility only; we don’t handle or process funds directly. You’ll need to contact your payment provider or the business you made the purchase from to resolve this matter.
