I placed an order on the 23rd of feb, they told me they don’t have my product (Ugg slipper £200) sent numerous emails for a refund, then I get a email from MILLIE LAMB on the 26th march saying they have processed my payment and it will take 3-5 working days to reach my account!!! ALL LIES!!!! Do not trust this company it’s A SCAM!!!! they steal your money!! I have reported them. Please be very vary of these people and stay well aways from thier site!!! con artists!!!

Purchased an item on march 17 Yh that was expected for a 7-10 day delivery it’s now April 14th and I still have not received the item, I contacted their team via email , they have not responded ever . They steal peoples money and don’t send the items they supposedly have “in stock” . Bad for business , worst customer service
