Absolutely brilliant plug plants and service. Royal Mail failed to deliver for two days, (despite me being here, we’ve all been there) and I was worried the plugs would be dried up and past saving. They were so well packaged, with extra care and attention, that they were fine. Very large and healthy plugs. Have potted them up and have ordered more today. Best plugs ever.

at last a company that sends out nicely grown plug plants .ive dealt with several companies before and my god what a load of absolut CRAP .they send out it seems to be a competion who can send out the SMALLEST load of rubbish .
so congratulations to south east hort ,i hopeyou keep up these amazing standards .i will be ordering again in the near future .

This was a first time purchase from this company after coming across some plant plugs. I ended up after a decent look at their website ordering a good number of varies plants from grasses, ferns and perennials.
Within a couple of days the pakage arrived. All neatly packaged and the plants were outstanding. Even the plug plants were a decent size and others went straight out into the garden. Very impressed with this company and will certainly use them again. Excellent.

The first time we recieved a package of plants from this supplier via Amazon. The plants were in excellent condition, much better than we expected, and the packaging was great. All in all we find it easy to give top rating to this supplier.

Buyer beware, this bloke is a spiv. I bought 6 plug plants in October last year, two arrived dead, four others beyond recovery. Refused refund. This bloke is a liar, stated they would naturally die back to resprout about now. Lies, they are completely dead and he still refuses to refund money . He went all around the mulberry bush to ask for delivery photos of the day - they were evidenced on eBay and I resent, now he refuses to answer and refuses to refund
it's up to you, do you want to waste money on dead plants, on a lying spiv. Or sensibly, do you want to spend your hard earned money at a good garden Centre - think about it - value for money or a lying spiv ????????????

Plug plants arrived well packaged and in great condition. Each plant has the healthiest root system we have seen on plants received in the post, amazing quality.

Sent back a item using their own pre-paid Royal Mail label that they provided to me. Apparently the return label was not tracked but they are asking me the buyer to produce tracking that I sent it back.
I have sent them a copy of the post office counter receipt, proving the item was sent but that is not good enough.
Do not touch these scammers with a bargepole.
They have worked out how to defraud the public & have the prefect scam.

Good plants, particularly the Osteospermums which are looking gorgeous. Slugs got to the salvias, so I can't comment on them, but it was such a wet summer that I should have taken more care planting them. I only planted the thyme plugs out a month ago, because the garden area wasn't ready, but they're going great guns and don't seem to mind having been left in small pots for months. I will definitely be ordering from South Eastern Horticulture again.

I ordered 96 plug plants in May of this year and was very pleased to find them carefully packaged and healthy upon arrival. I potted them on and then planted them out 2 or 3 weeks after. All the plants grew on beautifully and are still flowering now despite the wretched autumn weather!

Excellent quality plug plants at good prices. Always packaged well and delivered in a timely manner. Been buying direct (not via eBay or Amazon) for years and I wouldn’t buy my plug plants from anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended!

Pretty good - quality is decent, good value. I've ordered from their ebay shop 5 or 6 times already. I've mostly ordered plugs this year and they have all been healthy. One thing I am particularly pleased with is that they proactively refunded some postage when I have ordered a couple of times with days and they send together. I don't know of another garden centre that would do this without asking. Impressive. I've ordered from a dozen garden centres this summer and all have had some issues - I suspect all related to the terrible summer, plants yellow, plants smaller than expected etc. I actually haven't had this issue with SEH. So yes, they get the 5* ;)

Wonderful plants much better than some big named companies. I have bothered this company over my order and their helpfulness is above and beyond. I think if anyone shops with them their customer support is amazing. I hope to buy from them many times in the future. Check them out.

I was very impressed with this company. Over the summer ordered a total of 21 plug plants which worked out at a cost of £1.50 each. Every single plant established really quickly, thrived and actually produced flowers right away. I have ordered from various plant suppliers but have never had plants arrive so well packaged and been so successful once planted. I will only use this company for any future plants for my garden and have recommended them to family and friends. First class plants and service.
