South London Heating’s team of field engineers and in the office are awesome- from their speedy response to job quotes, to the quality of their work and commitment to doing a job well, through to the slick online invoice payment system, we’re really pleased we opted to use these guys as a local firm.
They recently completed a boiler replacement and heating system rebalance, and install of a new radiator and valve replacement. Jobs large and small; completed to an excellent finish by the team- with super fair and transparent pricing.
If you’re considering whether to go with a large, online boiler quote+fit service, but live in an area served by SLH, go SLH for sure.
They are all also really knowledgeable, and responsive. When our boiler failed first thing in the morning, I had a video call from the Director within 15 mins, 3 quote options generated within 30, and an appointment booked for the next working day within an hour. Thanks to Kerrie and the team!

After meeting Mark the MD who came to our property he advised to the most suitable boiler for my being blind as all the other quotes we'd had were by email only with no personal touch it was refreshing to sit with someone and discuss what would be most practical as a lot of the new boilers would be unsuitable for a bind person to operate engineers turned up promptly carried out the work had the old boiler taken out and new boiler installed and running in just over three hours after installation Mark has been back to our property to explain the new boiler and check the work was carried out to the highest degree we would thoroughly recommend South London Heating on price and courtesy

South London Heating installed my new boiler just over a year ago, and recently gave it its annual service. The boiler has been faultless from day one, and still is, and they serviced it quickly, efficiently, when they said they would. My experience is that this firm does exactly what they say they will do, on time, for the price quoted.

Replaced/ fitted a new boiler , from the beginning the customer service was excellent my questions were quickly answered , on day of installation the engineer was polite, on time and tidy. And they also come back a few days later to ensure everything is ok, highly recommended.

I needed two radiators replaced in our flat… I called South London Heating Ltd and found that the whole process from my initial call, to the assessment visit next day and radiator replacement 4 days later, was easy, reassuring and very impressive. All the staff on the phone and in person on site were polite, helpful, reliable and very professional. The fitter did a really good job efficiently and cleared up thoroughly at the end.

Appointment for annual service followed a reminder , and then a booking was made within days that suited us. The engineer arrived on time, explained what he needed to do, and answered other queries we had after the service was carried out. We have been with this firm for nearly 10 years now, and have always been pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing central heating work done.
