Very happy with the service Spaces has provided. Straightforward, speedy and largely hassle free throughout.
Accommodation has matched expected standards and Spaces offers great support with helping to find a new property to move into at the end of tennancy periods.

My stay with Spaces has been great over the last two years. Their prices, services have been fantastic.
Last month I had a damaged wardrobe which I reported in the morning; it was repaired the next day.
I am a happy customer and would recommend to anyone who are looking for living space.
Thank you to Leonor for giving me a fantastic on-line tour. It helped me slim down all the options available to me. I am looking forward to visiting the property next week and hopefully moving in to a room wit Spaces soon.

Love love love! I've rented several times in London and this is the first time I've had a really easy and straightforward process. The team at Spaces were really helpful and I reserved my room following my video tour. I was all set up within a few minutes online and moved in the following day! I've been with Spaces for several months now and the support has been great. I had just one issue with my window, which they sent someone over same day and it was immediately resolved. I can really see that the team are putting their renters first. Well done guys and looking forward to the rest of my stay with you xx

I thought that there was a catch - but there wasnt! Ive been renting in London for a few years now and doing it with Spaces was worlds apart from any other experience. Simple, quick, flexible and easy. Everything was done online and i was ready to move in in 10 minutes. Highly recommended

I rented out a room for 6 months, the facilities and service provided was fantastic.
I had no issues during my duration of stay.
I would definitely recommend.

I had a guy named Josh show me round a flat out in Wembley and honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. He was very attentive to the sort of place I was looking for, and provided me with appropriate and suitable property options. Thank you for making my property hunt so fun and entertaining, Josh!

Agent was super friendly when I visited the room for a viewing. The room was newly painted and professionally cleaned before I moved it. Spaces do visit regularly too, if we report anything.
Lakan there is helpful.

Spaces made it easier to move to a new country!
The team is extremely helpful and the room was lovely! Not to mention my amazing flatmates, who are now some of my dearest friends.
Definitely recommend it to international students!

I booked a room to stay for a year with Spaces and the process was really quick and straightforward. Whenever i had a query, the team were always quick to respond and helpful to find a solution.
Even when i left, the guys were really helpful to make it painless for me :)

I have been with Spaces for 6 months and so far so good. Office team are very good on email and management get things sort relatively quickly. I have renewed my contract aswell because I am happy to continue with them so 5 stars! Thanks!

Quick and easy move in process. Whole team at Spaces are very helpful. Flat is good size, however room is smaller/more worn than images advertised suggest. Mattress is heavily soiled.

I was looking for a room for weeks and I can say that Spaces have the most frictionless process. Everything can be done remotely, they responded within 5min every time I reached out and I got my room sorted in no time. Highly recommend it if you value your time and energy.

The service was good until the moment I left the apartment, since when as you knew I was not going to be your tenant at the end of the contract you started to abuse of your position, meaning charging me for leaving stuff in the apartment as a present for my flatmates.
Unacceptable and very rude.

The flat was not finished well when I moved in (keys and lock didn't work/ oven was filthy and poured smoke when used it/ toilet blocked and sounded like a gun attack when flushing / no door numbers / cupboards broken / large nails sticking out of floors / blinds restricted windows from opening / pictures not hung on walls / unable to adjust boiler).
Tenants were not believed when we reported disfunctioning locks and keys then the locks were changed months later, inconveniencing everyone who had to go across London to collect new keys with no notice.
Contract team harasses tenants with daily emails to sign documents.
Spent 5 days in a snowy January with no hot water and no heating (not considered urgent by Spaces), later another few days without heating.
Treated with disrespect and only after many complaints from tenants was anything fixed or (low) compensation paid.
Office staff are clearly underpaid admin staff - no real connection to maintenance team and just answer phones - cannot provide a real answer or offer any quality service.
Unskilled maintenance team in many cases (keys / boiler replaced with casing that covered all the dials). No respect shown to tenants when booking maintenance (suddenly unable to cook when the whole kitchen was pulled apart).
No responsibility taken by Spaces to provide an abode of any value or quality (the rent rose after 5 months despite the problems not being fixed).
