Receptionists, Sandi and Justin are always helpful and have great energy. Also, the office is always kept clean and the kitchen as well. We are happy to be here!

THEY HIDE FROM CUSTOMERS. Zero transparency, zero support.

**UPDATE** I received the refund on Friday, Jan 2. After multiple inquiries and negative reviews and escalations. Not sure if this is the normal way to get a resolution from this company but it's been resolved. There is something to clarify - the on-location staff had nothing to do with this issue. They were always super helpful and professional, showing concern for my situation. I have used the one in Burbank as well and they were really great! So it's unfortunate that this company is living in the past with their systems. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT - get your financial systems in to the 21st Century!! There are so many companies out there that will make this a more customer friendly process. Look into it!

Company Name: Spaces / IWG plc (Spacesworks) Nature of Complaint: Billing/Collection Issues Total Disputed Amount: $401.70

Complaint Description: I am filing this complaint against Spaces regarding an unfulfilled retainer refund of $401.70. Despite an official notification stating funds would be credited by early December 2025, the money has not been received.

Total Lack of Transparency and Accountability: Spaces has implemented a support system that is intentionally designed to prevent customers from reaching a resolution. In 2025, it is unacceptable that a global corporation provides no phone number to reach a customer service department. I am forced to use a digital ticketing system where my inquiries are ignored 80% of the time. This lack of transparency allows the company to hold onto client funds indefinitely without consequence.

This is a systemic issue. Earlier this year (July 2025), I had to fight for months to recover a separate $788 overpayment. The process was identical: multiple ignored tickets, vague excuses about "system updates," and no way to speak to a human being with the authority to issue a refund. The company is operating a "customer service blackout" that makes it impossible to resolve billing errors or secure the return of deposits. This business practice is deceptive and predatory.

The SPACES El Segundo is run and…

The SPACES El Segundo is run and supported by Sandi who manages the space and Justin, both make the daily experience at spaces THE only reason we are there, yes the office space is lovely, however there are many options for good office space in El Segundo, but for us it's having a positive, helpful SPACES team that creates the ultimate work environment. The company that oversee spaces seem to over the years, reduced spending on SPACES networking events etc something that attracted us initially to the office they skimp on repairs and providing basic refreshments tea/coffee etc. However Sandi AND Justin save the day we are there because of their professionalism and overall management/ organization of the office space, thanks so much! THE TRANZITIONS team

The 2 managers at the reception desk are the best!
The only 2 things that's a bit inconvenient is that it's always a bit too cold (for me at least, it may not be for others) and one time, it took more than 2 weeks to fix a kitchen sink. But all together, it's a wonderful place to work.
