AVOID!!! Absolute fraudsters/scam artists! The sales team set up an account for you online and add invoices, this is used as a 'legally binding contract' so you have no choice not to pay even if you decided not to use the space or put in card/bank details, you also cant terminate your contract online so you have to fill in a form and wait, which can be days.

Please be careful when signing the terms of the Service Agreement. Recently my company had financial difficulty and wanted to terminate my contract earlier than the 1-year duration of the service agreement. Unfortunately the terms are one-Sided and do not give you any rights, including a right as a client to terminate early, which means that you will have to pay the full amounts until the agreement term expire regardless whether you use the services or not. It is my mistake that I didn't read carefully, but wanted to share this for the benefit of those who are looking to enter into a service agreement with Spaces.

While stuff at the office is great and very helpful but if your issue needs to be escalated upper levels you are “supposed” to know all company departments. For a referral i have made 10 months ago i still struggle to get it. Opened 3 tickets all closed with no further action. Still struggling which normally you should get it after 3 months of successfull referrall. Been plus 7 months still nothing

A terrible company to hire from.
Finally after 2 years my contract ended in August, but it's like the awful gift that keeps on asking!
I was charged twice for two different restoration fees? And despite terminating my contract in August they are dragging their heels to return my deposit. Why on earth do I need to submit a request to return monies when I'm done at the end of a contract - it doesn't make any sense. Despite two requests I still have heard nothing.
There was no recourse when none of the doors locked us out of the building for 3 days - nobody could enter the building. I was told it wasn't there fault??
I could go on - unreliable Wifi, heating problems, only one fire escape on the top floor, cleaners making calls from your office... the list just goes on.
Be careful if you hire - get everything in writing and READ the T&Cs properly.
UPDATE: 11 Oct - I have numerous emails from your team and mentioned countless time your portal on moblie and desktop does NOT work - you guys really need to talk to each other. It's being sorted but very slowly.

We have had ongoing issues with the aircon unit for over 6 months now and Spaces have done nothing to sort it out. The unit is pushing out freezing cold air; staff members are regularly calling in sick.
we email the centre every day to turn the heating up; they respond to say that it is done but there is no change to the temperature.
They have sent round an engineer who confirmed that the unit is faulty but advised that there is nothing he can do as the unit is connected to 6 other offices, so any changes to our unit will also affect these other offices. (in other words we have to sit in a freezing cold office, and there is nothing they can do about it).
The unit was turned off but then turned back on 10 minutes later as they realised it also turned off the units in the 6 other offices. (Ridiculous!!)
It is appalling that it has been 6 months and they still haven't found a solution despite daily complaints and requests. It seems like all they care about is obtaining rent money regardless of whether they are providing an adequate service or not.
There have been countless other issues but for sure this is the most pressing concern as it is now become a health and safety concern; and as a small business owner this could be detrimental to our growth.
We have now turned to legal support and this is the only option we have.
I would definitely advise to avoid Spaces Sutton; they have made running our business more difficult that it has needed to be.

The Sutton office in the UK is a complete and utter disgrace.
The toilets are consistently a mess, and the utilities in the kitchen are in a disgusting state.
The cleaners use office phones for international calls and run up a bill.
The air conditioners do not work in any of the rooms.
The so-called "staff" that manage the place are completely ignorant of the issues and avoid assisting with any issues.
Nearly every company has left this space and there are only 2-3 companies left.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
