I had ordered the wrong size & asked for the order to be cancelled. Very quickly I had a reply, that they would help with correct size. I wanted a refund, explaining the reasons why, again I had a quick reply that my money would be refunded. The email sender, was professional & understanding, and I thanked that person very much and apologised for any inconvenience that may have occurred. ☺

I ordered an picture with rhinestones and got normal drills. I contacted the company and after sending a second email they sorted my issue and were very apologetic. This. Was my first issue with the company and look forward to getting more items from them.

I have ordered diamond paintings through spanydeals twice now. The first ordered I received was for three paintings, but I wasn’t able to do one of them because they accidentally sent the wrong diamond set with it. However, when I reported the error, their communication was really good, and although it did take some time to receive the replacement package, they did follow through and even sent a replacement canvas as well! Initial shipping was faster than expected for both orders. Got a great deal on the orders too! Would definitely recommend. :)
