Excellent service, prompt delivery within a couple of days of ordering. Delivery guys are amazing, friendly and professional, they will unpack the appliance and put it in place and give any safety/start up advice needed. It may take a few more minutes more but such care is so hard to find these days and very much appreciated by the customer. And they even take the packaging away! Hi Mariama, We're very sorry to hear about your recent delivery experience; this is absolutely not the level of service we expect for our customers. We’ve tried to contact you by phone but haven’t been able to reach you yet.
We use a courier partner called AIT, and after reviewing the delivery images we can clearly see that the unpacking and rubbish removal were not completed as they should have been. We’ve already issued a refund for the unpacking service, and this should now be back in your account.
We would still really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can pass detailed feedback to the courier company and ensure this doesn't happen again. If you’re able, please get in touch with us at your convenience.

Sparkworld's help and advice means we have the microwave we need
We ordered a microwave on line which was delivered the following day. It was exactly what we ordered but lack of any useful operating instructions made it impossible to use.
We returned it to the shop ourselves a couple of days later. The staff at Sparkworld were extremely helpful. They tried the product and could immediately understand why we were unhappy. They too were also baffled regarding how to use it properly. They exchanged the microwave for an alternative make which, although smaller, does exactly what we require and is also easy to understand.
