Hay un error en su página en la que me sale que he comprado unas entradas femeninas por la mañana y la masculina por la tarde, le enseño las capturas de pantalla que estaban bien cogidas y me dice que no me cambian las entradas y que si no estoy conforme que vaya al Consumidor, cuando además pueden modificarlo en un momento.

I have to admit that I liked the organization. However, they didn't give me back the money on my drink card
the manager was also very unsympathetic and not only shouted at me, but also at others who had the same problem.
A real money rip-off.

And better buy the tickets online, because otherwise you pay a higher entry price

Biggest scam we experienced in Budapest. First of all we booked the premium ticket, which on the webside was said to include mandatory slippers. When we showed the ticket the lady said it wasn’t included and we had to pay for slippers separately. The lady told us it would cost 25 euro per pair of slippers and we had to withdraw it from an ATM to pay in cash. When we had withdrawn the money and went back to the counter another lady told us that the 25 euro was not enough for one pair and we had to withdraw more. We waited in line for 30 more minutes to talk to the lady from before, and when it was our turn we could get the slippers. The staff told us different fees for the different things, and nothing that was said to be included in the ticket was included. The ticket also said drink coupon included, but we didn’t get any, and when we asked and showed screenshot from the website the staff just said ‘no no no, that’s wrong.’ We talked to several other groups in there who had the same experience as us. Over-all not worth the money and a big scam.

SHOCKING! So they have cancelled the event in July which is understandable with the current Covid 19 but to not let us have a refund is a joke. This holiday was booked for a hen do for a wedding start of next year,we are in the UK so for us to change the date isnt acceptable as it doesn't look like you'll be able to be in groups as well as travel in groups this year. This holiday wont be happening at all due to when the wedding is, so if you would like to contact me and refund me that would be great rather than just say you can move the date or "sell' the tickets on which why would I do that when I dont even live there! I look forward to your response.
