Specialized was a great company to do business with. I was ordering a Zamp solar panel and hardware. The ladies assisting me were extremely helpful. They made sure all the part numbers and prices were correct. Since it was being drop shipped to a different location they double checked that also. They were so great to deal with, friendly and happy. Communication after all was finished was super. Email confirmations on order and shipping were prompt. And the delivery was on time. Great job Specialized

Went to Zamp.com was directed to Specialized Products web site. Did some research on web site and determined what I needed. Ordered what I needed, a few days later it was on my porch. Was very pleased, things went just the way they were supposed to.
