Responsive to email, took a little longer than I anticipated but they told me they were waiting on a response from the designers. I ordered 1/19 and received 2/1. Shipped and packaged protectively and frames arrived in great shape ready for my optometrist to put in lenses. Very pleased!

3rd order now, have returned one item with no problems. Always great customer service, and inventory. Excellent communication and never any problems.

I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 2 days now. None of my emails or calls for got a reply.

I have recently placed two orders from your website. The product names and their respective order numbers are Oliver Peoples Lachman (#8958) and Oliver Peoples Bernardo (#8958). I just wanted to know the status of my order? Are the orders processed yet ? When will the order get shipped and when can I expect it to get delivered to me ?

I mailed earlier yesterday, but have not received any response yet. I have even tried calling on the number provided on the website +1 (209) 920-7732 but no answer.

Please let me know the tentative timeline. I’d really appreciate it.

Great customer service and communication. Glasses were just what I ordered packaged safely.

Ordered some glasses on the 26th June and its now 13th July and have not heard from anybody from specs collective even though I have also emailed them twice. At this point I'm beginning to believe and question if the company actually exists.

I found the Mykita glasses I wanted fairly-priced at Specs Collective and although the German manufacturer was experiencing substantial production delays (months), Specs Collective kept me informed, gave me options, and a discount in recognition of my patience. The glasses finally arrived today, securely packaged, after they had provided me tracking details. Solid customer service in spite of the manufacturer's challenges and I would buy from them again.

Minus the wait for delivery from customs I am very satisfied with the service and the eyeglasses are exquisite.

Amazing! I already own a pair of Kaelos Elliot’s and came back for a 2nd pair. Kealos Mittys. Oliver was simply outstanding to work with. He helped me to place my order and was prompt in answering all my questions, even about forecasted shipping. My new glasses came as projected today and the script is perfect and they are lighter weight than my Elliot lenses. They need a minor adjustment for fit which I can do here in NY. I will be sending my Elliot’s to specs collective to update with new script. Fantastic company with Fantastic service!

Very prompt and helpful service especially over fittings and frame size. The pair I chose (Yuichi Toyama) is well made and an excellent fit. Lenses are great. No complaints and I would use Specs Collective again!

This is the 2nd time I purchase a glass frame from Specs Collective. I placed my order on July 9 and got my glass frame delivered on Nov 9. The delay was not the fault of Specs Collective.
