Very good and easy to deal with. I was placing a repeat order. They had all the records of my order a year previously, held the same price and delivered within a couple of days. I would happily recommend them and use them again.

Appalling service
I received appalling service from this company - both in terms of product and in customer service. I placed the order and paid for it and was given a 2-3 week lead time for the custom-made stamp to be delivered. After 2 weeks, since I hadn’t had an update and the order was time-critical, I dropped them an email to make sure the order would be delivered within the 3 week window. The person who replied evidently hadn’t checked with the factory but assured me that as that’s what I had been promised, that’s when it would be delivered, but that it would be 3 weeks for the stamp to arrive with them, then they would ship it to me, which hadn’t been at all clear from previous correspondence. After 3 weeks I then emailed again, having heard nothing since. I was then informed there had been a “delay’ and the stamp hadn’t been made yet and they hoped it would arrive within the week. The stamp was finally delivered to my factory 4.5 weeks after I placed the order.
Then the stamp didn’t work! My team tried over and over, using advice from Speedy Stamps but to no avail - not once could they get the stamp to ink all the digits. Finally Speedy Stamps asked for us to send it back, only to discover that the ink pad they had sent us was the wrong size. They had another one made and sent the stamp plus ink pad back to me - 9.5 weeks after placing the order.
In this time I had to get the printing done elsewhere at a similar cost to having the stamp made, so due to their errors I had to pay twice - and Speedy Stamps have never offered any compensation for the delay or the product malfunction.
I would warn against ever using this company.

Thank you for your review, I am very disappointed to hear you have been unhappy with your purchasing and experience of ordering from Speedy Stamps.
It is always our intention to provide the highest quality products as well as outstanding customer service, this is confirmed from all our excellent reviews from satisfied customers, many of whom are returning customers and have purchased from us for many years.
I have looked into your order and can see we notify you of the manufacturers delay, you ordered a very specialised, bespoke stamp. It was made in Germany by our suppliers and the delay was totally out of our control however, I sincerely apologies for you not being informed of the extended delay. Once your custom stamp arrived our quality control team tested your stamp and dispatched it the same day by courier service to ensure you received your order the very next day.
I believe you contacted us a few days after receiving your order to advise you were unable to make a clear stamped impression. When tested here, our records show an even, clear impression made by your stamp so we requested you return the stamp to us for inspection.
Once returned your bespoke stamp was fully inspected and tested by our quality control team who did not find any issues with your stamp. We did find a slight problem with the ink-pad you had received, your stamp was quite a tight fit on this pad and could potentially cause an issue if your staff members where not positioning the stamp onto the ink-pad correctly to achieve an even and complete ink coverage for the stamp impression. To resolve this we returned the stamp to you along with a larger ink pad at our cost.
We are very upset to read your comments stating you have received appalling service from our company, according to our records we contacted you several times regarding the delay and advised many standard methods of how to ensure you get an even clear impression from your stamp. We also created a video to show the best way to use your stamp.
We have been trading for over 15 years and have used this supplier for the same length of time, they are leaders in the field of bespoke stamps and have created hundreds of stamps on our behalf to suit individual company requirements. I can honestly say we have never had a single issue with any of their stamps. We have increased the size of the ink pad you use so cannot see how you are not now getting clear stamped impressions, if this is still the case however, please contact us again so we can offer further advice and support to ensure you do get the best possible stamped impression from your stamp. This will never be as clear as a printed impression.
