Our stamp was required for our Wedding favours. We had an idea of what we wanted but weren't too sure. Speedy Stamps were amazing. We changed the design and size at least 3 times and each time was just what we asked for. The response and proofs of our stamp came back super quick. When the stamp arrived it was perfect and printed onto little card hearts very well. We were very pleased. Would highly recommend. Thank you Speedy Stamps.

Great Company speedy service
The stamp arrived quickly but over the first week of usage the stamp started to peel away from it's base. I think it just needs a little more glue.
Other than that we are happy with the product.

A great quick service. We designed our stamp, and submitted the order. Even though it was after their same day dispatch time, they still posted it that day so from order to delivery was only 24 hours! The stamp is great and i love using it! I will definitely use Speedy Stamps again!

My order didn't arrive on time. Quality changed.
Good communication service. I had ordered already from this site and I was really happy with it.
Second time I ordered everything went wrong. My order didn't arrive on time, I had to reorder again as I needed the stamp ready for an event and they offered me to upgrade my order to next day delivery (which I appreciate) and asked me to wait to deal with the undelivered stamp 18 days as this is the standard claim period.
When my replacement stamp arrived, quality was poor and not at all as the previous stamps I'd ordered from them.
18 days passed and I asked for a refund as my original stamp had still not arrived. No response at all from their side. Stamp arrived now, after a month of hassle, and I obviously don't need two stamps so I ended paying more, ended with poor quality products and had to go through all the hassle.
I guess it was very bad luck, but still I'm not 100% satisfied with how they dealt with the problem, added to the poor quality of stamp, I'm giving them only 2 stars and try next time with a different stamp provider.

Thank you for providing your review. I am really disappointed to hear that you have been unhappy with your purchasing experience with Speedy Stamps.
It is always our intention to provide the highest quality products alongside great customer service, you will see from other reviews we have many happy returning customers who have purchased from us for many years.
The delivery method chosen for your original order was a standard Royal Mail service. Unfortunately when using this service if an item is not received by a customer we are obliged to wait 15 working days prior to us being able to consider the item ‘lost in transit’. As this is not a tracked service we are unable to identify the location of the goods or establish why a delivery has not been made. It is extremely rare that goods are not received / returned within 15 working days of goods being dispatched, obviously a return will inform us of the reason for non-delivery.
I understand that your goods were required urgently however as your item was custom made we are unable to remake this free of charge until after 15 working days. It is not possible for us to offer refunds on custom made items as they would be of no use to ourselves if returned. I note that you re-ordered your textplate and we upgrade to a tracked service for you.
I am sorry that you have been inconvenienced by the non-receipt of an item, it is exceptionally rare. I would advise customers requiring an item for a specific date to always opt for a tracked courier service to ensure safe receipt.
With regards to the quality of the textplate, the quality of our rubber which is laser cut to your design remains unchanged for many years so I am unsure how you feel this is different from a previous order? If you would like to elaborate on how the quality is different I may be able to offer further advice or at least understand the issue and resolve it for you.
I would initially like to resolve the quality issue with your textplate, if you would like to e-mail me direct my mail address is jill@speedystamps.co.uk. Once resolved I would also like to take the opportunity to assist you with any future stamping requirements for which a discount will be applied.

Self Inking Stamp
Simple, quick order/delivery service.
I actually ordered a product at the low end of the market but it was just as described/requested and far exceeded my expectations in that the self-inking stamp has made a few thousand impressions and I was expecting only a few hundred.

This isn't some automated production line service - one of the employees emailed me with a correction to our design, almost immediately after my order, so that the stamp didn't come out giving poor quality stamps. The stamp arrived promptly and was exactly as required!
