The Spence Willard team in Cowes are a team in every respect. At one time or another, I dealt with all 6 members. They always gave me helpful feedback, gently reminding me if we had to do something and when matters got critical, giving very prompt answers, on one occasion very late at night. This level of service ensured the deal concluded successfully within the very tight time frame. Well done to all and my thanks.

I recently sold my elderly mother's property on her behalf through the Bembridge office. From the very start the whole team were friendly and approachable, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and unfailingly helpful. Hannah in particular could not have worked harder to keep the sale on track despite some difficult and unforeseen circumstances which arose quite late on in the process. She was kind, sensitive and resourceful and I cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she put in to bring the sale to a successful conclusion.

I just recently purchased a property from Spence Willard's Bembridge office & they were fantastic from viewing to completing just a couple months later. Hannah was so helpful & a wonderful asset to Spence Willard making this the most stress free property purchase we have ever done. High end buyers beware!
Do not use Spence Willard unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket (we spent thousands on inspections, solicitor, accountant, filing a Limited Company - after being told in writing that our offer was accepted). We were assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion FOR FOUR MONTHS, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer.
Sellers –DO NOT list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property, as we won't risk further out of pocket expenditures, time wasting, and heartache. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.
