We bought via Spence Willard in Freshwater, the whole team was fantastic to deal with, always available and happy to answer questions, fix viewings and gave great insight into a few properties that we were interested in viewing.

We did offer on a property and David needs a specific shout out and special thank you for his fantastic communication and support throughout the process. All advice was relevant and helpful, information shared was accurate, it was refreshing to work with someone whom we felt we could trust, especially as a buyer.
When the transaction hit a slight wobble or two (through no fault of David or vendors but rather our surveyor and solicitor, I might add) David kept the communication channels open and friendly which led to a successful completion and our very happy family move to the gorgeous Island at last.

Sam and all involved with Spence Willard, Bembridge, have been wonderful. However, particular praise must go to Sam, Hannah and Lauren who predominately dealt with the sale of our property. Their friendliness belied the utmost professionalism from the first approach in considering the appointment of Spence Willard.
